Summary: What's a summer without going on a trip to the beach at least once?
Rating: PG13+? Depends, really.

[When one enters the beach, if they're the type of people to make beelines for food as soon as they step into a party, they'll notice that there are a few tables set up with a bunch of snacks laid about, along with a giant cooler residing at the end of the table. There's a barbecue going on too, though it'll be self-serve if you're hungry.]

[Otherwise, there's a bunch of sporting equipment laying about. A Frisbee, a few volleyball nets... Whatever you'd like to be there! Don't forget, there's always swimming in the ocean, too.]

I seemed to have picked up the aims of this game quite easily. In it's own way, volleyball is much like a spellcard battle, with rules put in place to ensure players of any skill can compete~

[Pause. Hm, would it be too far to say she had fun? Probably.]

This game is certainly interesting. Furthermore it seems the game is more fun when complying to the set rules. It adds a sort of challenge to things, doesn't it~?

[Going to retrieve that ball now~]

Now then, would you care to play out this last point~? I should warn you however, I will not hold back for this next round.

[And by hold back she means 'yeah so I won't fly around and shoot danmaku and stuff'. Just pure youkai power.]

[...except that Rise's not as much of a gullible person-- not after spending most of her childhood being bullied. Sometimes you just have to walk away.

No, I think I'll pass. You're a pretty quick learner so there's nothing else that I can really teach you. [The emphasis being on teach. That was what this whole session had been about.] Maybe you should go and play with someone else?

Oh very well, if you really wish to give up that easily~ Though it would be just like a human to throw everything away like that.

[Shame, for a human game it was fairly interesting.]

Whilst finding someone else to give my time of day might mean another game, I'd much rather return to my flowers now. Though this 'volleyball' was quite the diversion~

[Smack. Just knocking the ball over to your side Rise.]

Good day Rise, I shall return to my gardens. And by the end of the day I am sure you will be returning to your own~

[You know, because your apartment is full of flowers :| Unless they've already all been uprooted.]

[The ball lands with a thud and rolls to a stop at her feet, but she doesn't react, not even to the jab at the gardens.]

[Well, fun and games time is over. She'll wave to Rise with her spare hand before slowly strolling off back toward the village. Her other hand twirls her parasol over her shoulder.

And if she ever catches wind of those flowers being removed, she'll gladly come back and replant them~]
