Summary: Brigade party! There's food! There's lights! There's music! There's fireworks!

There were lights! Autumn-appropriate decorations! There were tables of food (though very little of it is vegetarian friendly)! There was even a stage for music and entertainment! Still waiting was the fireworks to take place at midnight, but otherwise things were set up to more or less respectable Brigade standards. Maybe Haruhi hadn't done it herself, but it was done well enough, thanks to the efforts of being coordinated by Mikage.

The stage was left open for anyone to perform that wanted to. The karaoke machine had been dragged outside for people to sing along to, regardless of talent, or otherwise just to play music when no one was on stage. Naturally inside the Rec Center itself is a variety of pool tables, foosball, air hockey, and a TV with some video games. Just enough to keep things a little fun. If only there was a pool.

Ginia's being a bit of a wallflower inside the rec center, content with watching everyone and everything going on at the party. She's about to head outside for some fresh air when she notices Rapunzel and the basket of goodies in her hand.

Notepad out of her pocket, Ginia begins writing as she crosses over, greeting the long-haired blonde with a friendly smile and a wave.

Evening, Rapunzel! How are you?

"Oh! Hello, Ginia! I am enjoying this party so much! It's my first party ever! Ha! How about yourself? Would you like an eclair?"

She gestures with the basket, holding it out for Ginia's inspection.

Ginia looks over at the basket of goodies and smiles as the assortment of baked goods. Helping herself to a eclair, she gives a thankful bow. She bites into her, her smile showing her approval, and she keeps a tight grip on it with her teeth to temporarily free up her hands.

Delicious! And I'm glad to hear you're enjoying yourself.

To be honest, I wasn't at first, but then I remembered what I learned at the Snuggly Duckling. Sometimes you just have to have fun even if parties aren't something you're used to. Not everyone is scary.

I'd say most people here are pretty nice and friendly. Are you going to watch the fireworks later tonight?

Yes! I'm looking forward to that very much. I loved the ones they had in Luceti Land. They're so beautiful.

It's really amazing the sort of things they have around here. I've heard the SOS Brigade does a lot of these kinds of things. It's quite nice.

Oh, yes--I've heard of that Brigade. They sound very strong and brave and true and interested in helping people.
