CUPCAKES CUPCAKES CUPCAKES
Who: Residents of House 53 plus anyone else who wants to show up
What: BIRTHDAY PARTY
When: The afternoon of Sunday, November 13
Where: House 53
Summary: It's
isntyourfriend's birthday! Come wish him a happy day, or at least get some cake.
Rating: G unless Elliot gets really upset about the party
The surprise party for Elliot's birthday was probably one of the worst-kept secrets in the household, especially given how much cooking Gilbert had to do to prepare for it, but he'd done his best not to let Elliot know what was going on. And now the day has arrived, and the whole household has been invited, along with any of Elliot's friends.Does Elliot have any friends
The house is open to any and all guests, and there's plenty of food, tea, and cake for everyone. Come in and mingle and say hi to the birthday boy! He won't really hurt you. Promise.

[And he had to work hard keeping you out of the house since morning. Of course he's eaten, stupid, do you think he'd starve himself?]
no subject
I'm going to eat now. [And he turns to do that, heading over toward where the food is.] I've already talked to everyone.

It's open.

Are you going to sleep already?

He comes in anyway, but makes no move to go any further than the center of the room. He isn't going to be staying long here— or so he hopes.]
There's something I want to show you.

[Though, considering where he stops in the room, he can probably guess that whatever it is isn't here.]

Yeah. Let's go.

But whenever they get to the bottom of the stairs, he'll tug him towards the piano by his sleeve. It's dark, but he knows his way around. Come on.]

Elliot should at least be able to feel the chair leg.]
Sit down here.
no subject
Why?
[He'd better not be doing what he'd tried to do last time.]

...yes, and whenever your eyes are accustomed to the lights, you'll notice that you're seated in front of the piano, Elliot.]
