Who: Everyone!
What: Thanksgiving + New Feather party.
When: Evening of the 20th.
Where: School cafeteria, nicely done up.
Summary: There's food. And there's also board games, are you game for some Snakes and Ladders?
Rating: Let's put this all over the board. Strange stuff can happen, man.
[Thanksgiving may not be a familiar holiday to most in Luceti, but everyone understands potluck, at least! Hopefully. Preferably.

It's all done buffet-style as usual. Thanksgiving stuff greets you first when you grab a plate and get in line at the buffet lines (food and drink provided by everyone, Thanksgiving stuff courtesy of the Welcome Centre and Ginia). Though of course, don't think that you have to stand in a line while eating! There's tables and chairs for sitting and talking and— eating, obviously. Reach out and grab a drink! If you get one that's been prepared by the Welcome Centre, it's non-alcoholic. Can't really say the same for anything else brought by others, so you may want to be careful. Y'know, just in case.

[Ginia balks a little at that. Not because it's something unheard of - there are lots of kids without moms or dads in Davenport - but because she's not too sure how to broach the subject.]

Um...So! Hey, I was wondering, uh...Did Odin show up in Luceti with you or did he come here later?

[It's an appreciated subject change just because Ginia doesn't like making things awkward and with Pilouette being one of few girls her age, at least until she's an adult again, she wants to stay friends.]

It's funny since the droids brought us back to town and dropped us off and then I found him shortly after! I guess he was already waiting here.

I woke up in this funny lab and there were two other boys there and the men in the lab coats - they're the Malnosso - said we did a good job and were sending us back! Except back wasn't back home, but here and we were escorted here by these robots that didn't say anything!

_{[She had heard about the experiments and whatnot, but...]}

W-Well, I guess if they brought you back, that's not so bad. But those robots sound a little...creepy. They didn't say like, anything at all?

[A shake of her head.]

Rupert kept trying to ask questions, but they wouldn't respond! Maybe they weren't programmed to be able to talk.

I guess not...You'd think they'd at least program them to answer questions instead of just like, doing whatever and not telling you anything. Tch! That's like, totally rude of them...!

I know! I wonder what they would sound like if they could talk?

I dunno...

I mean in the movies, it's always like, part sentences and big words and stuff. Like...um...

_{[She's going to do her best to imitate a robot.]}

"Initiating shut down procedure! Error! Cannot compute!" Like that, I think.

[Ginia silently giggles at that, body shaking as she covers her mouth. That's a good impression!]

_{[Once Ginia starts, Pils can't help giggling, too.]}

Sure! I bet we'll have like, lots of fun~!

We could get cookies from the bakery! And I bet Helios and Draco wouldn't mind building another snow castle!

_{[She smiles a little. Pilouette feels like she might be a little too old to be building snow castles and the like but...hey, why not?]}

[Butbutbut this was the coolest snow castle ever! It was at least one story tall with towers and you could stand up on the walls and throw snowballs down on people and it was made with *magic*.]

_{[Pils lets out a happy sort of laugh.]}

I'm sure if they're your friends, they must be nice people, huh?

Yep! And Draco and Helios are really cool because they know magic! And Draco said he'd take me flying on his broomstick one day!

_{[By, she's started getting to the point where hearing this stuff doesn't freak her out so much anymore, though she still is a bit surprised.]}

Golly, I guess there really are all kinds of people here...!

And Rupert's kinda a brat, but he knows lots about elves and vampires and has lots of stories! Mr. Giles is nice too, he's really good at music and talks to me like I'm an adult. It's funny since they have the same name. [Which is really because one is the child version of the other, not because they were separate people like Grune made them thought.]

And Grune's really nice too! She makes all sorts of good things to eat and she's really, really, friendly.

I'm looking really forward to meeting them all!
