Who: Everyone!
What: Thanksgiving + New Feather party.
When: Evening of the 20th.
Where: School cafeteria, nicely done up.
Summary: There's food. And there's also board games, are you game for some Snakes and Ladders?
Rating: Let's put this all over the board. Strange stuff can happen, man.
[Thanksgiving may not be a familiar holiday to most in Luceti, but everyone understands potluck, at least! Hopefully. Preferably.

It's all done buffet-style as usual. Thanksgiving stuff greets you first when you grab a plate and get in line at the buffet lines (food and drink provided by everyone, Thanksgiving stuff courtesy of the Welcome Centre and Ginia). Though of course, don't think that you have to stand in a line while eating! There's tables and chairs for sitting and talking and— eating, obviously. Reach out and grab a drink! If you get one that's been prepared by the Welcome Centre, it's non-alcoholic. Can't really say the same for anything else brought by others, so you may want to be careful. Y'know, just in case.

Hey, Grune's always a welcome face around a party! Kazooie puts on a big grin for the absentminded-but-friendly lady and waves.

"Happy Thanksgiving to you too, Gruney! How's it been going for ya?"

"Oh, it's been going very well! I'm making lots of new friends," she says happily. This is the best holiday ever!

"What about you? Are you having fun?"

"Yeah! It's great! Man, I will never get tired of all this food..."

Even if some of it is, you know, turkey. A giant bird. Kazooie is actually not too bothered by that...

"There's a whole lotta New Feather guys, huh? Met any cool ones?"

"Oh, yes. Alex and Pilouette and Vegeta and Hubert and Ginji are all very kind." Even if only about half of them actually are New Feathers. "Have you met them yet?"

"Nope! That just means I'm gonna have to find 'em and talk to 'em all, though!"

... Which means lots of ~~annoyance~~ fun for everybody, right?

Grune, of course, thinks this is a wonderful idea. "I'm sure they'd be very happy to meet you, too!"

Kazooie is so nice and friendly, Grune is sure she would make everyone feel very welcome.

Or very irritated, either-or. Both would at least get attention!

"Are they around? I better hit 'em up, if they are!"

~~Assuming the mun gets around to tagging...~~

She can't possibly imagine anyone leaving early, and so she says, "Oh, yes, I think they're still here."

She looks around, barely needing to crane her neck at all.

Kazooie doesn't really know who to look for. Even so, she scans the crowd right along with Grune, trying to take in all those new and weird faces.

... There's a lot of 'em, isn't there?

It's at this point that Grune gets a little distracted. If Kazooie that doesn't call her attention back soon, she's going to be off in outer space.

"... Gruney? You still in there?"

Kazooie looks dubiously up at her friend, questioning whether or not she's... all there, right now.

... It's just one of those things about her...

Grune blinks and looks back at her. "In where?"

"Your head." Kazooie tilts her own head a little, at that. "You kinda... spaced out a moment, there. Was wondering if you were maybe... thinking about something a sec..."

"Oh." Now what had she been thinking about? "Hmm.... Maybe I was."

It's a wonder, likely at least partially attributable to Grune's gentle personality, that Kazooie hasn't gotten annoyed at her yet for this.

Instead she just grins. "Well, if you remember, lemme know! But I should track down all those guys you mentioned..."

"All right." She smiles right back. "I'm sure you're all going to have such a good time together!"

"I'm sure I will. See ya later, Gruney!"

With that jolly little farewell, and a wave of a wing, Kazooie buzzes off into the crowd.
