Who: Everyone!
What: Thanksgiving + New Feather party.
When: Evening of the 20th.
Where: School cafeteria, nicely done up.
Summary: There's food. And there's also board games, are you game for some Snakes and Ladders?
Rating: Let's put this all over the board. Strange stuff can happen, man.
[Thanksgiving may not be a familiar holiday to most in Luceti, but everyone understands potluck, at least! Hopefully. Preferably.

It's all done buffet-style as usual. Thanksgiving stuff greets you first when you grab a plate and get in line at the buffet lines (food and drink provided by everyone, Thanksgiving stuff courtesy of the Welcome Centre and Ginia). Though of course, don't think that you have to stand in a line while eating! There's tables and chairs for sitting and talking and— eating, obviously. Reach out and grab a drink! If you get one that's been prepared by the Welcome Centre, it's non-alcoholic. Can't really say the same for anything else brought by others, so you may want to be careful. Y'know, just in case.

Can the three way to put it be... Ice cream?

['I sense a hint here.']

If you want to get started on the ice cream, I don't see why not.

[You're like some sort of mind reader Kyon. Luckily, she has some spoons on her ready for such a thing!]

Great! Here, you can have one of these and Yotsuba will have the other. Ice cream!

[After a brief battle with the lid she manages to get past the container and stare at the delicious ice cream below, untainted by the spoon of a five year old... For about ten seconds, after which Yotsuba digs into the poor ice cream and shovels a big spoonful into her mouth.]

['...Alas, poor ice cream. I knew him well, Horatio. From where the sun now stands, I will eat no more forever.

Except not.'

Kyon will also take that spoon and eat... 'cause why not.]

[Why not indeed. Plus he might as well get his spoon in whilst the getting is good. For a little thing she's making quick work of this ice cream.

...That is until the inevitable happens when you eat too much ice cream in a short amount of time.]

Gyaaaaaaaah!! Paaaain!

['The circle of life is cruel indeed. From beyond the grave, the ice cream strikes at its predator. Alas.']

By the way, you probably should slow down.

[Ow ow ow ow ow... Clasping her hands over her face, as though that might make the pain go away faster or something. In a few seconds she feels fine again though. Take two!

Slowly digging her spoon into the ice cream, slooowly bringing it to her mouth and then slooooowly eating it. And repeat. It's almost like someone put her in slow motion or something.]

The desirable result is to eat it at a normal speed, Yotsuba-chan.
