Summary: A blizzard strikes Luceti, keeping the villages snowed in. Woe be to anyone caught outside in the storm, or anyone without food and electricity.

On the morning of the 15th, the villages of Luceti will wake up to find it snowing again, a fresh covering over whatever ice and snow remains from the last few days. It's a light covering, but by the afternoon, it begins snowing harder and the wind begins picking up. By the evening, it's a proper blizzard keeping everyone inside and making for a miserable experience to anyone who might be caught outside.

By the morning of the 17th, the storm will finally let up. It'll continue to snow through the day, but at a more managable rate. People can begin digging themselves out if they want, or otherwise wait until the 18th, when the weather finally lets up.
