What: Fighting bad guys!
When: Today (after 12PM) to the 19th, in the evening
Where: The Mining Facility
Summary: It's an underground mine! And the Malnosso want you to kill and capture all the bad guys! Oh, but don't let the rocks fall on you. That could hurt.
Rating: B for BLOOD. Seriously. People are going to die. People have already died. We're not going to make it out of here. We're all screwed, it's Game Over, man!

[Well he's got the spikes at least.

Satisfied that the tunnel ahead is more stable-looking, Eggman is about to relax when he hears the thunk of something hitting his mech. It didn't sound like a rock.]

Gah! Hey! Get off of there! [I hope Vash can cling on while Eggman deliberately flies in erratic patterns to try and throw him off.]

:|a Hmmmm, should we flip a coin?

[Vash can be just like a spider monkey when the situation calls for it.] WOULD YOU KNOCK IT OFF AND GET US OUT OF HERE! THERE'S LIKE FIFTY OF THOSE BADDY LADDIES BACK THERE!

I'd say possibly the other one but maybe make it ambiguous LOL

[Eggman reluctantly stops trying to kill Vash.] Oh, alright! Stop your whining and hold on tight! I'll think of something!

[Eggman hits the gas and increases in speed, not actively trying to throw Vash off anymore but there are some sharp corners...]

[Vash hangs on for dear life as he also works to position himself to face towards the tunnel. He waits for a break in the sharp turns so he can let go for a few seconds and release his hidden gun out of his prosthetic arm.

Vash has his own idea on how to solve this little problem. He's going to wait for the next sharp turn the collapse the tunnel behind them. Of course, Eggman has time to try his own plan before the next sharp turn comes up!]

[Eggman's plan is actually the same as Vash's. Seems like the two think alike when it comes to plans as well as confectionery. Unfortunately, Vash is clinging to the mecha in such a place that he probably can't fire any missiles without blowing Vash to pieces, which is sometimes tempting but not a good idea overall.

Eggman glances behind and catches a glimpse of some pursuing mooks.]

Got any explosives back there? [He yells.] Another rock slide should stop them!

Not exactly, but I have something that will pack a bit of a punch! Just get a little more distance between us and them! Don't want to get caught up in the rubble!

Alrighty! Activate thrusters! [The exhausts of the mech will briefly spew small flames, thrusting the vehicle forwards with a lot more gusto. Hope you don't catch fire there, Vash.

Either way, some distance will be cleared, enough to collapse the tunnel without catching them in the landslide.]

[First, he needs to scream like a girl.] AHHHH! HOT! HOT! HOT! HOT! HOT! HOT! HOT! HOT! HOT!

[And then he needs to go into bad ass mode. Aiming without any effort and with a soft squeeze of the trigger there's a volley of bullets shooting a remarkably straight line along the ceiling.

It takes a little extra effort without explosives, but with the powerful kick of his gun and his aim, soon a long crack races above them and rocks begin to tumble down behind them.] HAHA! That should slow them do-

AHHHHHHHHHHH! HOT! HOT! IT'S HOT BACK HERE!

[What is all that shouting back there, Eggman wonders irritably as he pilots the mecha carefully through the tunnel. It continues, so he shuts off the thrusters, slows down and yells:]

Gah! What's with all the racket back there?!

Oh, thank goodness. I thought those rockets were going to burn me to a crisp.

Oh, stop being such a baby! [Eggman slams his foot on the brake, bringing them to a violent halt once he's sure they're out of the collapsing part of the tunnel.]

[AHH! Sudden stopping! With a load scream he goes flying up and over the glass. He ends up landing head over feet on the ground in front of Eggman, looking none too happy to be upside down either.]

WARN A GUY NEXT TIME, WOULD YA!?

[And this is why we wear our seatbelts, kids. Eggman retracts the glass shield from the cockpit and folds his arms.]

You're lucky I gave you a ride at all! If it weren't for me, some Third Party lackey would be wearing you on his spear like a shishkebob!

[Eggman shudders, that picture in his head too.]

Come to think of it, neither do I! Yuck!
