DRAFT LOG #2: The Battle Game!

What: Fighting bad guys!
When: Today (after 12PM) to the 19th, in the evening
Where: The Mining Facility
Summary: It's an underground mine! And the Malnosso want you to kill and capture all the bad guys! Oh, but don't let the rocks fall on you. That could hurt.
Rating: B for BLOOD. Seriously. People are going to die. People have already died. We're not going to make it out of here. We're all screwed, it's Game Over, man!

[Her helmet turns questioningly at first really not wanting to discuss it -- But the man's explanation is good enough. No Spartan would allow the MJOLNIR to fall into the enemy's hands.]

Fine. We blow up the machine, and then we go back. You're not planning it back, are you?

[She can flip cars and toss HEV pods away, but having to push a ruined mech through caves could be a challenge.]

My machine isn't finished yet! [Eggman glances around for signs of pursuing enemies.] I designed it to survive even the most dire of attacks. If we cause a large enough distraction I can fix the problem and we can fight our way out.

[A new cylinder dances between her black fingers. She had a different plan.]

I think I have an idea. [She reveals the icon of her cylinder: The label reads 'M83 White Smoke'. Normally useless when the enemy has a vision-enhancing tool... And cultists only have wings they'd need to balance themselves with.] For how long do you need the distraction?

[Eggman glances at the label on that cylinder.]

Oh ho! So you're thinking about a smokescreen, are you? I'll just need a few minutes to finish repairs. What are you thinking?

I blow it up, I keep the smoke against them, and I kill anyone that organizes.

[She's going to try wind shifting against cultists that may have wings and shifting magic of their own. Daisy will put everything she learned from Valvalis and Kipinn to the test: keeping smoke concentrated around an area, focusing winds for bullet movement, and using the winds to increase her movement. A baptism by fire.]

Start with the gun and target indentifiers to keep our advantage. I'll cover you as long as I can.

[The Chief Petty Officer sets herself in position. She can hear them from beyond.]

Ruthless! I like your style!

[Eggman hears the enemy too and clutches his pistol tighter, taking one last glance around.]

Alright! I'm ready. Show them what we're made of!

[When it's safe, Eggman will break into a sprint towards his downed mecha, clutching the strap of his backpack with one hand and waving his pistol about with the other. Despite his appearance, Eggman's legs can carry him at quite a speed.]

Fire in the hole!

[She removes the main safety lock, and launches it towards the cultists as she runs and fires - Keeping up with Robotnik.

The reaction from the enemy is split before the instrument lets out a whole cloud to cover the area. Expecting their reaction, SPARTAN-023 fires to the center masses and wings to hinder their ability to do away with the smoke.

When she sees the chance, Daisy channels the gifts of Kipinn and Valvalis, and mentally prays for their assistance.

Then, she commands the winds around them to keep their battlefield with smoke.]
