It's true December has lots of great parties and days, but the other months have nice holidays to celebrate to. If there was more than one December, it'd be hard organizing parties and finding gifts each time, but with one, you can make it really big and special.

Well, we had Thanksgiving back in November, with all the food and everything. In my country, there's the Fourth of July, lots of food and fireworks on that day. Though I remember Tanabata was celebrated here on July 7th. Food and fireworks as well. There's a holiday every month in my world. Not all of them have parties or fireworks, but they're celebrated in their own way.
