Yes, it's very horrible when bullies bully people. But Kotomi-san! As far as Fuuko is aware there are no bullies here in Luceti. Just a bunch of weird people, but not bullies!

There some people Fuuko thought were weird guys. Only one of them wasn't really and he's still a little weird. [damned weird guys always being weird. and trolling her.] Weird people are people whose existence is weird! Or they act weird, or do weird things... Like jumping on benches and then kissing Fuuko's hand! Bullies might be meaner than weird guys? [You're the bully expert Kotomi, what do you think?]

Fuuko has seen someone whose existence is weird, Okazaki-san! Though he did rank just about the sea slugs, so he wasn't that weird. [but enough of these rankings and such] Yes! A very weird guy kissed Fuuko when Fuuko was trying to get signatures for Nagisa-san's get well soon card. It was very strange!

Maybe a bully is just a very mean weird guy then? How horrible.

I'm not really sure.. If being weird is something bad, then I'd rather not be, but.. I don't think there's anything bad about Tomoya-kun as he is now, so maybe it's not that much of a bad thing.

It's best not to be weird at all, but... Okazaki-san is better than the sea slugs, and they can be very beautiful. Okazaki-san is unique. [maybe not so weird after all.
