Let's get ready to rumble, boys and girls! A few quick notes:

Double check the fight roster--I moved some things around, namely matching up Firo with Homura since their respective opponents weren't able to participate. Let me know if something is amiss!

Characters who are fighting will be told their opponent's name upon arrival, and fights will proceed in the order they appear on the roster up there. Let me know if you need to be moved around for whatever reason!

Tony and Shikamaru will be policing the fights for any funny business, but fights will end when one of the participants forfeits or gets knocked out cold. So your character can get bloodied, bludgeoned, and broken and keep going if they wish! Remember, there's no magic since this is in the tunnels, and there are no weapons allowed in the fights. Just your fists, elbows, et cetera.

And should they have some owwies that need attention, Adele, Katara, Luca and Ange will be on hand to provide medical assistance. What troopers.

Spectators can interact however and whenever they want, so feel free to start a new thread for your character who is watching!

Ah was. Though it probably sounds a little silly.

[Sheepishly, this time. He even forces a smile]

[Besides the fighting itself, which unless he's changed his mind from their conversation (her yelling at him) earlier, she doubts that's what he means.]

[Followed by an extremely unconvincing huff as she folds both arms back under her chest.]

Well, if he has the worse end of it then you, you'll just have to wait.

[And she will maybe inflict that antiseptic on you after all.

...if she's being a little bit more teasing then normal, she's doing it on purpose. He didn't look right before, and he still looks blank.]

[...He has the worse end? His eyes screw up in confusion here, that makes no sense. But he just frowns at that before looking at her chest and then further down, deciding he'll just loose himself for a moment in imagining her as a nurse]

[That. Is painfully obvious. And not even Katara can miss it.

She shifts her hands immediately so that they're more covering rather than propping up her chest and says his name indignantly.]

Masaomi!

[Don't make her try and kill you before your match. No powers or not, she's not going to take that.]

[OKAY CAUGHT. Eyes back up to her face. He even puts on a little forced smile. Which... is less forced than it would have been five minutes ago because hay]

[Still blushing over here!

And leaning in all intimidating-like, with her arms still forming another screen.]

[Still blushing here, though it has started to fade. And in a truly genius move, her hands drop to her hips to show her displeasure.]

I'm not sure I do, actually!! ♪ Doctor, doctor, give me the news?! ♪ [this is in a sing song voice. though she won't catch the reference, he's being loud enough (particularly in the tunnels) that people not paying full attention to the fight might]

[She glares at him. She doesn't catch the reference, or how it ties in to their previous conversation, or how a little more knowledge could have shown her what he was thinking about when he looked at her like that.

But she doesknow that he's evading, and on top of that, that he knows exactly what she's talking about and is refusing to own up to it.

She doesn't find it funny.]

[If she hits him, Sokka will hit him, and then Masaomi will hit Sokka, and then Shikamaru won't get his fight.

But with her conversation with Sokka fresh in her mind, she's not going to let him go so easily either. If he thinks she won't say it, that she's too embarrassed to refer to sexual things, he's wrong. Or at least, he's wrong when she's angry.

Somewhat darkly:] I mean it, Masaomi. Looking at me that way makes me uncomfortable. Don't do it.

[I'm not just some random girl on the street. I'm your friend and I deserve more respect then that.

Which is what she would have said, if he wasn't about to go fighting. Instead, she doesn't even wait for him to respond before turning away from him, crossing her arms again, and resting back against the wall beside him with a small thump.]

You're definitely getting the stinging antiseptic.

[Grumble, grumble. That's not a threat, it's a promise, but the return to the previous topic is meant to lighten the mood.]

[Okay, he relents. He folds his arms over his head, and says his peace on this because returning to the previous topic doesn't seem like a good thing to him. He sighs and then decides to just... well] I'll be looking forward two it then - searing pain, that is.

[that's said mock-jovially. Even with the correction (which... to be honest, doesn't sting nearly as much as she probably intends, even with the dark tone - even if it is sobering) this has relaxed him quite a bit. distracted him]
