What: Star Wars Movie Marathon
When: February 21st to whenever its done
Where: Luke and Ben's place
Summary: Luke and Ben have decided to just end the constant cycle of confusion and actually WATCH the Star Wars movies. There is soda (gasp!) popcorn, canned tea, and all sorts of other movie related nonsense.
Rating: PG, same as the movies (Could get PG13? doubtful)

[Okay, now she's transcended the threat levels of Tante Mattie and Mercy and crossed right into Bella territory because he's starting to think she might actually do it.

But this is what we have Cajun agility for.]

[She huffs a soft laugh.] No, no you won't. But. I don't mind. It has been too long since I've had a surrogate younger brother to tease and threaten.

[Surrogate younger brother, huh. He's not too sure what to make of that. True, she's like something of an older sister already, but... well, family matters have never been simple with him. Yes, he got along well enough with Mercy, who was really the only older sister figure he's ever had, but it's all so damn complicated.

So. Brushing past it for now.]

You got me. Prob'ly won't. But I'll lay off for a few minutes, at leas'.

One of the movies, just. Try to let it be for one of the movies.

[They really should pick out seats or something. Especially with everyone that's wandered in while she was talking to Remy.]

[Ah, but Adele, this Cajun is remarkably bad at sitting still for long. Staying quiet for one movie may very well just end in worse backlash of teasing.]

[You never said which one of the movies.]

...you are not allowed to sit next to me. [Because she just knows that Remy will do something. Or say something. Or just. Poke her in her ribs until she can't breathe for laughing anymore.]

Non? Doc, you wound me.

[He'll find a way to nettle you even if he's not sitting right next to you. There's always a way.]

Not if you are going to smile like that. Even Henri smiles like that, and that smile? Is a harbinger of mortification.

[kineticcajun]

[Okay, okay, he can keep a straight face. Not grinning. His tone is still honey-sweet though.]

How 'bout now?

...it's still there. Waiting. [But. It would be easier to keep an eye on him and know what he was planning if he was close than if he was elsewhere.]

Fine. You may sit next to me if you wish. But remember: Eyebrows.

[Adele, you know him far too well. But he'll take it and gesture towards the couch. After you~]

'Course. Eyebrows. I'll remember.

[One last cautious squint before she wanders over to the sofa, tugging one of the blankets Lupin had brought in around her as soon as she's seated.]

It's been awhile since I have last seen these. The Films, I mean.

[And Remy just flops down beside her, stretching his legs out in front of him comfortably.]

Haven't seen 'em since I was jus' a pup. T'ink I've forgotten mos' of it all.

[It takes a moment for Adele to get herself wrapped up and tucked in just how she likes, most of her covered by the blanket.]

The Empire is evil, the Jedi are good, justice prevails. Or something of the sort. Honestly I only watched the prequels when they came out because Obi-Wan was my favorite character in the first set of films.

[There's a visible twitch as he just barely bites back a sly remark. And then he gives her a Look.]

You're not gonna make this "keepin' quiet for one movie" t'ing easy, are you?

You were my brother's favorite comic book character. [She quirks a brow and gives his side a poke.] I will be quiet if you will be quiet.

[kineticcajun]

[Cautious look. How much does she actually know, he wonders.]

Alright. I'll be quiet.

[...Return side poke. Yep. Mature little brother strike.]

Thank you. [She settles deeper into the sofa, feet tucked up under her, calm and cozy and-

Bursts into a fit of giggling at the poke. Which is immediately bitten off as she turns to give him a glare. Oh. Merde.]

[There's that wolfish grin again. But he doesn't say a thing about the giggle. Just settles into the couch, arms folded over his chest, looking all too amused.]
