Movie Marathon!

Who: Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Arsene Lupin III, Ami Mizuno, Adele Leblanc, Leonardo, Gambit, and anyone else who has the desire to show up.
What: Star Wars Movie Marathon
When: February 21st to whenever its done
Where: Luke and Ben's place
Summary: Luke and Ben have decided to just end the constant cycle of confusion and actually WATCH the Star Wars movies. There is soda (gasp!) popcorn, canned tea, and all sorts of other movie related nonsense.
Rating: PG, same as the movies (Could get PG13? doubtful)

It's a poorly made film. [When the buffeting stops she peeks over the edge of her blanket over at Lupin, offering him a shrug and half smile.] But it is not the worst film made.

[No--that was the Showa-Era Gojira films, but every toku movie or tv show from that era was very tacky. He heaves a sigh, and settles down with his coffee.]

Well. At least it's pretty.

The score, as well, is not too terrible. [Satisfied he wasn't going to throw anything else at her Adele lets the blanket drop entirely, tugging one of the pillows close to rest behind her head.]

We shouldn't have to compliment it on its technical merit.

No, we shouldn't. But we can't change how it was made, or improve it in any way. [She shrugs.]

We can complain about it though!

Smile, nod, and do as I do. Make a list of things to complain about and then do so after the fact.

Your method. It is boring. Why list, when I can complain now?

[A small frown, a minute twitch of a grimace, and then a shrug. If Lupin wishes to complain, he is welcome to do so. If he wishes to mock her speech patterns, he is also welcome to do so. She, at least, intends to keep her complaints to herself. She isn't here to watch the movies anyway, she's here because Ben asked it of her, and this...would not be pleasant for him. She won't let him deal with it alone.]

[Lupin's just trolling because he's trolling. Realistically, he wonders how the Jedi will react too--it was better to do these things among friends than strangers.

At least Lupin was restricting his complaints to technical details. He does settle though--only so much trolling he can handle, at least at that point.]
