Movie Marathon!

Who: Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Arsene Lupin III, Ami Mizuno, Adele Leblanc, Leonardo, Gambit, and anyone else who has the desire to show up.
What: Star Wars Movie Marathon
When: February 21st to whenever its done
Where: Luke and Ben's place
Summary: Luke and Ben have decided to just end the constant cycle of confusion and actually WATCH the Star Wars movies. There is soda (gasp!) popcorn, canned tea, and all sorts of other movie related nonsense.
Rating: PG, same as the movies (Could get PG13? doubtful)

As far as I know they have always been there, but knowledge of America came to Europe around...a little after 1492, and the first French exploration attempts and colonization attempts began in 1524. I am not entirely certain exactly when France became aware of them, however.

I will admit, my grasp of the history concerning them is a little...rusty. I'm a surgeon, not a historian, but I think that is the...what is the word...the gist of it?

Ih... alright. [He doesn't want to reveal how little he really knows about it in the first place.] Wh... wh-what's a surgeon?

A specific kind of doctor. We...hm. If you have a cut that is too deep for a bandage, more than just the skin is damaged. The flesh beneath needs to be repaired, stitched together so it will heal properly, as well as the skin on top. A surgeon's job is to make sure that everything is set together properly so it can heal.

O-oh, a... a-a doctor... [But...] Sti... stitches...? [He thought doctors would - what's the word? - amputate instead...?]

If the wound requires it, yes. But I have been lucky so far in that the very worst thing I have had to treat is a set of broken ribs and a dislocated shoulder. [She shrugs.] If we continue to be lucky I may not be needed. I hope that is the case. But. It is almost time for the movies, I should get back to my spot before Remy steals it.

[He's just left nodding, since he really doesn't know much about this doctor stuff and would rather not show it.] R-r-right. Alright. Uh, th-thank you... Adele.

It is no trouble Bête. Enjoy the movies. [She chuckles and pats his shoulder before returning to her spot on the sofa.]
