A Day In Another World

Who: Anyone in the event
What: For 21 hours, pairs of characters will get to visit one of their worlds
When: Sunday morning, from 1AM to 10PM (in Luceti time)
Where: Somewhere else!
Summary: It's described here. One person will play the host, another the visitor.
Rating: Keep it clean, kids! Move your icky business to appointments posts.

Quick run of things to keep in mind:

-The pair of characters will return to the host's canon point. The host will temporarily return to their physical state at whatever their canon point was.
-Anything they do will be undone after they return to Luceti.
-If they are going to be part of the Alternate Universe aspect of the event, they won't remember the visit until after they have returned to normal.

Disclaimer: Visiting canon worlds will mean having to NPC characters that may already exist in Luceti, but will have no memory or knowledge of it. Be respectful and in character and bear in mind that these do not reflect upon characters in game!

ALSO! Threading out the visit is 100% optional. You're entirely free and encouraged to discuss and handwave what goes on if you want. But if you would like to thread it out, you may do so here.

Even if she doesn't comply he's marching ahead to urge her to follow him Pick a store which has manga, any store, and he is going to lead her straight into it. ...Ignore the creepy looking people in here or how cramped it is (because stores in Akiba are small fronts on the floors of buildings, usually going up to the fifth floor with all sorts of different stuff.

...also ignore how one of the dudes in the next idle over just elbows his friend to say "look, that guy brought in a 3D, how smug of him."]

[And then they enter the shop and all the guys inside undress her with their eyes and Katara regrets not leaving her cardigan buttoned up. Also, this skirt is really short.]

What is this place?

...On second glance about five times more shady than I would usual go to. We won't be here long.

[Seriously, did that fat guy in the next isle just call her a 3D? Jesus. Okay... okay. What's something he remembers being in Jump. Uh. Uh. Ane Doki! - he read some of that, right? He finds the first bound volume there, takes it off the shelf, and he slides right up to purchase it at the front.

...The person who gets into line behind him also is complaining about how smug he is. Wow he picked such a shitty store]

[Katara lets go of Masaomi's hand, and if he's smart, he'll let it happen without complaint and turns around and looks at the person making the comments behind them.

He resists meeting her eye, fixated considerably lower down her anatomy, and Katara has to keep herself from decking him.]

Hey.

[The fact that she spoke with him startles the guy's gaze up to her, and once there, she holds his gaze.]

That's right, I'm a person. Treat me like one.

[...the guy is momentarily speechless. It may not last long. Done with that purchase, Masaomi?]

[...Girl you are absolutely fierce and he is head over heels for you. Seriously, his face is actually stuck looking a little like this while he's making the purchase. Couple that with his thug look and the cashier looks like he wants to call for some sort of security (if a place like this had any) or piss his pants.

And... purchase done]

[...and when it's done, he braces a free hand on Katara's wrist, gets the bag on his other wrist, turns with a smile, and then-]

But of course, you're not real into people, riiight, you prefer a cup of ramen.

[Said guy is spluttering at that. It's hard to tell if it's fury, fear, or something between the two. But now having totally made a scene, he's going to be making sure him and Katara get out of there ASAP]

[Fortunately for all concerned, Katara didn't get that joke. She allows Masaomi to lead her out, somehow managing to look threatening despite her slight size and that modest, mild outfit when she pauses to glare at them over her shoulder just before she exits.

The door shuts behind them.]

Jerks.

[...if you wanted to sell her on perverted manga, Masaomi, the customer base didn't do much to help your case.]

[Not all of them are like that. You saw Walker. He folds his arms behind his head (seeing the bag bounce against the back of his head) thus not going to take her head again. Unless she wants it]

[She doesn't reach for his hand. To be honest, she's still a little fired up from their encounter in the store, so she doesn't even think about it. She crosses her arms and huffs.]

They were completely disrespectful. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

I'm sure they would be if they had any shame left in their bodies. I imagine being a NEET who oogles 2D lolis does a number on that.
