Um, kind of. I knew her when she was here before, but I'm not sure if she still remembers me or not.

[Now that she didn't know--she had thought this was Norma's first time here. She has no idea that she was here before, too.]

Yeah, but it was a long time ago. It was before you were here, too.

[Sometimes, it feels as though she's always been in Luceti. But Emil has been here even longer.]

[His smile fades for a moment as he looks out the window.]

It will be four years in just a few months. I still can't believe it's actually been that long.

[She steps closer to rest a hand on his shoulder.]

Do you miss your home sometimes?

I don't know. I didn't live there for very long before I came here, and it's been so long that I'm not even sure I remember it that well.

My, really? [She puts her head on one side.] Then that means Luceti is your home, doesn't it?

[knightofratatosk]

My home...?

[He's quiet for a moment, thinking about this.]

It does feel more like my home than my town back in my own world...

I think Luceti is a good home. I'm glad I came here.

[She gives his shoulder a little squeeze.]

Because I was able to make all kinds of friends--like you.

[He looks up at her, surprised for a moment, but then he smiles, a genuine smile.]

I'm glad I came here too. I would never have met all of the people I did otherwise, and even if I don't remember them when I go back home, I'm still glad that I got to spend time with them.

[She shares in his smile, happy to see him feeling a bit better.]

It's all right if our memories won't remember. Our hearts will, no matter where we go or what happens.

Right. That part won't go away even when we go back home.

[Okay, the hug was pretty nice aside from the being squashed into boobs part; he can't complain too much about the rest of it. Besides, he doesn't get hugged that often, so any hugs are good hugs to him.]
