She watches him try to leave through her door and wind back up in the closet multiple times. When he stops, she gets up and walks over to the door, inspecting it carefully]

How strange. I was not even aware my own doorway had been tampered with. I have been able to exit and enter all night.

[When the weight in her hands starts to shift, starts to increase? Adele stares down at her hands to watch the change, ever curious. It becomes quickly apparent that she'd better find somewhere else to set Vincent so he can walk his own way rather than end up with an armful of him. She kneels, sets him on the front porch, and takes a step back to give him space.]
