[While Harry's out and about looking for his materials he might find Sabriel floating in place a at around shoulder height. It looks like the Cheshire influence had decided to levitate her but without contact to anything nearby she can't exactly move from the spot so instead she's just idly turning in place in the air.

When she spots Harry she waves her arms semi frantically, causing her to rotate a little as she calls out.]

Mr. Dresden!

I was not aware of anything, no. [Not just yet.] However, you know that I cannot allow you to go any further.

[So the Welcome Center isn't immune, either. Sigh. Going to his place probably wouldn't have made much difference, if it could potentially be transformed.]

There are more effects in this than I assumed at first...

Ah...J-Julia...

[Saleh's face flashes similar shades of red as he slowly backs away from her.]

I'm sorry...it was unintentional... I had just come out of my shower, but when I stepped out of the bathroom...I ended up here. It seems that the doors no longer lead to the next room...

[He looks around. He had wanted to contact her, but not like this.]

Um...where...am I?

[One moment they're in her home, walking to the hallway- there's not even a transitory moment. Not that strange dropping sensation she had when Helios used his teleportation spell, not the odd pop of Law's, not the strange twist of the displacement shift.

They were simply one place one moment, and in the middle of the fountain the next.

And she was without a shirt as well, leaving her bare to the waist.]

Merde.

[She crosses her arms over her chest and rubs her face with a hand.]

About as well as anyone would. He complains about having to use the furniture to get around. About how it's not as easy for him as it is for me.

[He puts the comic down and turns his attention to the plate.]

It's interesting, sure. Did this actually happen?

...yeah, thanks. [She says it cautiously, because she's pretty sure his "help" isn't going to be all that great.]

I have yet to encounter any trees... but I'll keep that in mind. Nothing good can come of falsehoods being spread so openly.

[It seems a strange thing, on top of the other effects, but some experiments really don't make much sense, in his experience.]

[Saori blinks and looks at Lupin for a long moment, her face twitching slightly from sheer mirth. She decides...maybe the mask can come off a bit.]

[Steve averts his eyes, wishing he had something to offer her to cover herself. But as if was, all he had on him was his pants-thankfully.]

Maybe we'll have some luck going into the clothes shop. You can get a shirt to put on.

Dissension among the ranks. Divide the village with petty squabbling while they...I do not know what, but it's the only logical explanation I can put to such a tactic.

[Adele shrugs and sits back in her chair, offering Vincent space.]

[Monsieur aubergine was an interesting take on the appellation. Lupin would have shook his head, but decided against it. Instead he merely shoves his hands in his pockets and focuses on keeping his stance balanced.]

I haven't heard that particular story, Songbird. What happened?

[Why hello there Beast, Sabriel has been having a bit of an issue with new and strange animal body parts as well. Seated with a frustrated huff sideways along the trunk of a tree she spots him passing by.

Yikes, the Malnosso sure had a cruel sense of humour, making him all sorts of animal like that...]

It's frustrating, isn't it?

No! I'm not-- look, can you just bend some stairs up here or something?

You should consider rigging up a pulley system if its that troublesome.

[She points to a few panels, depicting her family fighting Doom and Namor]

Yep. It was a long time ago, at least fifteen years. But I remember this pretty well. Victor and Namor were trying to kidnap Alicia for...some reason.

[She's muttering violent obscenities into her palm for the moment. Once she's a little less mortified, she nods.]

You as well. Honestly, I should have expected this much.

So this cycle has just begun then.

[Steve glances between him and the door a bit nervously. Not that he'd want to end up squished in a closet with anyone either.]

Alright. [After a moment's hesitation he steps through the door...and into the bakery.]

This...is likely a Malnosso experiment of the sort that I mentioned. Though this one is quite a bit more chaotic than the standard. But it still causes a great deal of embarrassment. I had wanted to contact you, to see how you were handling it, but this was not the manner that I had intended.

[He looks around, wondering about a way out.]

I should leave, but I would have no idea where I'll end up once I step through the door. Do you have anything I can...cover with in the meantime?

Well, once, long ago a fox who thought himself the height of charming decided that he wanted to sleep in the clouds. He tried everything, from asking birds to teach him to fly, to begging a kami to take him, even trying to make deals with demons. One kami, charmed by his mischievous ways decided to go along with his request,and gave him the wings to fly. And so he did, taking off with new wings and he thought to himself 'Wonderful, the clouds must be very soft, so I can sleep more comfortably than ever before'
