... right, my bad. [He offers a goofy, apologetic smile. He keeps getting that wrong.]

Its alright. Just...remember, alright. Its a little insulting, from both sides, to be called the other.

[Her glare softens. He really is just a big doofus]

How's your stomach?

[cannoneer]

Sorry. [He puts a hand over his gut. Rubbing it doesn't help, what with the armor and all.] I think it's getting better. Maybe.

I can offer you some more water, if you think that would help.

Naww, I'll be good. That ain't the first time I ate too much. Didn't you say someone did the same thing yesterday anyway?

I did, my housemate, but she's staying with a friend right now.

Big appetite then, huh?

Try me. You may think I eat a lot, but my buddy Star? Now she's got an appetite. Everyone on her planet does. [And they have the WEIRDEST taste in food.]

Usagi-chan...well, I've seen her eat two cakes whole. Without a pause. Though, if your friend is an alien then she may have Usagi-chan beat, since she is human.

Yeah, probably. Especially since she thinks of mustard as a beverage. A big appetite and she'll eat anything.

[faithfulflame]

[Rei can't help but open her mouth in surprise]

You can't be serious.

That's just the normal stuff. The rest of us went to a feast on her planet. I was the only one brave enough to try any of it.

[OK, she's interested now. Other planets and such]

You know how the first time you have squid or sushi and you think it's gonna be really gross, but then it turns out to be pretty good? It's like that, but without the pretty good part.

I...have never had that experience. I...eat sushi and squid all the time.

... oh, right. Guess you would. Forgot about that.

Its alright. You should come by again though, when Usagi-chan is around. I'm sure you two would really get along. If your love of food is any indicator.

It was nice meeting you, but, I'm afraid I've got to do some shopping, in case the pudding comes back tomorrow.
