Player Event - Chaos Plot
Who: Helios and pretty much everyone who replied to this post
What: The demon god Apep which affixed itself to Helios’ soul has awoken.
When: August 6th-9th
Where: Starting around house 44 then mainly around town and the woods
Summary: Basically Helios gets possessed and causes all sorts of chaos and destruction that the evil god, Apep, is known for causing!
Rating: R for lots of violence
[ It’s strange how the twist of events of a simple evening walk could change much of everything. In an instant, that was Luceti’s way of things, changing things in an instant. And Helios never even saw it coming. There were still parts of that night and parts of his soul that he never truly understood. But there were always ways of finding out. They say hands on experience is one of the best ways of learning. And this is a lesson he and several others won't soon forget. ]
((ooc; Okay plot is a go! If anyone doesn’t have an out for their character to be saved please PM me or contact me on plurk at pathogenic~ Otherwise have fun!))

Viral's frown deepened, and his eyes narrowed with his suppressed aggression.]
You're not the Sabriel I know.
no subject
You're not Sabriel at all. She doesn't hurt people. You're some evil spirit who's taken hold of her!
[She struggles to her feet, difficult with only one hand]
Get out of my house. Don't make me hurt you.
no subject
No matter, I have what I came for.
[With a small, cold smile that doesn't touch her eyes she tilts her head as she watches the beastman.]
Shall we, Viral?
no subject
Viral tightens his grip on her wrist, still careful to just contain and not cause harm to her person. While a threat, she was still Sabriel underneath it.
...was this what she meant by warning him about the Free Magic and her sensitivities?]
No. [He pulls her, intent dragging her out into the yard by force. This was Rei's home, and he wasn't going to tolerate damage to it.]
You have nothing, Sabriel. Leave, or I'll make you leave.
no subject
I was not giving you an option, Viral. You will come with me.
[A coil of smoke curls out from between her teeth as her will binds with her words to turn them into an impulsion directed towards the beastman. The call was a subtle attack on his free will, and as the last word leaves her lips she jerks at her hand to try and pull it out of his grip.]
no subject
He wanted to jerk his hand and twist her arm in a lock to completely control her movements through submission via pain--but, his fingers didn't obey. There was no resistance as she pulled her hand away.]
Sabriel, what did you--?
[Magic, he knew. Spiral Power.
Shouldn't he have been immune?]
1/2
MARS POWER! MAKE UP!
2/2
Release him evil one or I, Sailor Mars, will punish you!

Taking a step away from Viral Sabriel raises her sword at the warrior of fire, glaring hard down the blade.]
I will have him, and you cannot stop me.

[The distraction was all he needed to move his hands again and to lunge, making for her sword arm. Lock it, snap it, force her to drop her blade--those were his intentions as he grabbed her forearm once more.
He loomed over her like a feral beast, his teeth bared in a snarl of a grin.]
I'd recommend you move now, or Mars will teach you what it really means to be burned.
no subject
Leave now, or face the Senshi of Flame. Your powers are nothing compared to mine, and if you value your life you will surrender!
[Snakes of flame lashed out, nipping at Sabriel's swordhand, while Mars herself skipped back, nimbly placing herself outside of the blade's reach]

With a sharp breath Sabriel's voice booms out as dark smoke pours more thickly from her lips, the Free magic stench growing as she pours more power into the command. Snapping out like a whip towards the both of them she cries out in anger.]
BE. STILL.
no subject
But.
He.
Couldn't.
MOVE.
The stench of ionized metal drowned out his senses, but not his rage. He had a promise to fulfill, and he would keep it even if it meant his death.]
Who the hell do you think you are to order us around? [His tone was hoarse and cocky, disdainful even. If distractions before had broken her focus, maybe he could enrage her enough again with just his words.]
no subject
Back off! NOW!
[Flames begin to rise around Sabriel, forming a ring, cutting her off from Viral. She couldn't do much more without it being very, very bad. And then it hit her. She didn't have any ofuda scrolls on her! She...couldn't seal Sabriel without them! Mentally she swore, and amped up the flames with Eferin's magic, hoping to drive the evil sorceress off]

Closing her fist with a quick motion and a word of power the fog hiding in the treeline rushes back in to cover the grounds, the unnatural weight of it flowing like a heavy wave as it crashes around them. While Rei might be lost in the thick of it, a perfectly clear sphere of clarity surrounds Sabriel and the beastman, maintaining her line of sight with him as the oppressive weight of the fog works on smothering the flames at her feet.]
I am simply curious Viral, that's all you need to know.
We are leaving.
no subject
His body obeys her orders without his consent--and it pissed him off more than it had when Enkidudu fell and the cuffs were slapped onto his wrists. This was just another binding, and one that he couldn't break.]
There's curiosity, and then there's insanity.
...what's going on in that head of yours?
no subject
A torrent of flame erupts from around her, her fury and despair unleashing a firestorm that shatters all the windows, and tears out the open door, banishing the fog and sending jets of burning devastation outside. But they were gone, escaped into the retreating mists.
Collapsing to one knee, she pounds her fist on the floor, a scorch mark forming with the impact]
I'll get you. And I will break your hold, spirit.
no subject
[Bending to retrieve her sword Sabriel slides it quietly back into the scabbard before leading the way into the trees with Viral at her side. The fog parts to them to allow a clear path to follow into the forest; just as they reach a safe distance from the house a shockwave of force and heat flares up behind them, accompanied by the sharp crackle of glass exploding. It's hard to keep a triumphant grin from her lips as they disappear into the darkness.]
Life is so inconsequential here.
