Player Event - Chaos Plot
Who: Helios and pretty much everyone who replied to this post
What: The demon god Apep which affixed itself to Helios’ soul has awoken.
When: August 6th-9th
Where: Starting around house 44 then mainly around town and the woods
Summary: Basically Helios gets possessed and causes all sorts of chaos and destruction that the evil god, Apep, is known for causing!
Rating: R for lots of violence
[ It’s strange how the twist of events of a simple evening walk could change much of everything. In an instant, that was Luceti’s way of things, changing things in an instant. And Helios never even saw it coming. There were still parts of that night and parts of his soul that he never truly understood. But there were always ways of finding out. They say hands on experience is one of the best ways of learning. And this is a lesson he and several others won't soon forget. ]
((ooc; Okay plot is a go! If anyone doesn’t have an out for their character to be saved please PM me or contact me on plurk at pathogenic~ Otherwise have fun!))

It has him stumbling back a few steps, left slightly hunched and breathing short and fast. But before he’s entirely recovered, he forces himself to be for the sake of his pride and Lord Apep. He raises his head and offers her an ugly grin more feral and animal than human.]
Not bad… [He hisses, breathing through the throbbing knot of pain centred in his stomach.] But ’tis my turn!
[Striving to thrust her back, he sets his teeth and whirls his spear high overhead, a strong wind picking up around him. While bird-type devils weren’t particularly effective on a physical level against more heavily armoured foes, it still had its uses. Crimson’s fireball had missed her, meeting the ground in a plume of smoke; but perhaps its breath would fare better. Drawing nearer, the dragon takes aim and blows a steady torrent of fire for a short span of time, sweeping it back and forth.
It’s amusing to Isaac, the idea that she might be caught and roast in her armour like some poor soul trapped in the Brazen Bull. But some people, he was quite aware, were not so quick to die.]

No matter--she'd have to get creative.
Trying to misdirect that dragon-like creature's flame towards its master, she quickly circles around, trying to put the redheaded, bestial man inbetween her and Crimson.]

He’ll need faster, more aggressive aerial support to keep her entertained.
Letting the cyclonic barrier drop, the Forgemaster dives forward to place some distance between him and her, putting out a fire licking at the collar of his shirt as he meets the ground somersaulting. He rises to his feet and swivels around to face her, ready and hungry for more. It's hard to determine from a distance whether he has suffered any burns - but the way he carries his body suggests that, if he has, the pain means little to him.
Through mental exertion, the dragon fades away and another devil is in the process of being summoned in its stead. Abel, the one loved above all, and a devil in all senses of the word. A flash of light will mark its arrival.]
Your head shall make a fine offering to my lord. [Who is Isaac if he does not spout some vicious remark regardless of whether it will have any effect? It's irrepressible. He flicks his tongue across his lips, gauging her nerves.] You shall have the honour of having it placed on his wall so that he may look fondly upon it.

She merely watches him, poised to drive her fists in his face at the slightest twitch on his part, apprehensive of his capacity to summon those monstrosities at will. She would have to caution herself while fighting against him, as a misstep would surely lead to her being his victim.] Sorry, but I'm not interested in becoming a sadistic bastard's trophy. Go find someone else who cares.

[Having gotten a telling taste of her physical strength, he knew to keep his cool, calculating eyes on her, perpetually searching for some opening, some vulnerability to exploit by any means. Morals were shackles on the battlefield as far as he was concerned – he wouldn’t feel the slightest twinge of guilt or dissatisfaction slicing through a man’s Achilles’ tendons or spitting in his eye if it meant securing victory.]
Ah~
[His features assume a look of pleasure as Abel’s transition from a wisp of matter to solid flesh and bone occurs quickly and a horned, humanoid beast with feathered wings appears before them. It glowers at her, circling them both from above.]
I am glad the two of you could meet; 'tis a pity you shall not last…
[Without further delay, Isaac raises the Chauve-Souris, but this time to slam it into the ground as if wielding a hammer. Between his own strength and the properties of this spear forged from many strange and ethereal raw materials, the impact produces a shockwave that ripples outwards in a radial formation. It can be cleared with a jump – and that is in fact what he's counting on. If properly coordinated and all were to go as anticipated, a swooping Abel would then ram into her from the side or the back.]
