The night is finally here! Pinkie Pie and friends have been working hard to get everything absolutely perfect. The Battle Dome has been done up to look like a grand ballroom, complete with dance hall and dining area. A small, but elegantly decorated stage is situated in the middle of the dance hall, and is equipped with microphones and speakers for anyone willing to perform. Otherwise, the dome is set up to play songs on request.

The dining area is equipped with a buffet-style dinner selection, filled with food contributed by various donators, highlighted by a large cake at the central table, which is then surrounded by smaller tarts, pies and pastries. Wine, champagne, and other choice drinks are available from ice chests near the buffet line.

Finally, since it was so popular with the last party, the night will be ended with a fireworks display over the dome. Afterwards, Pinkie Pie will be going around making sure everyone gets home safely, before returning to the dome to start cleaning up.

Note: Like Pinkie's last party, this one has a theme: a Masquerade Ball. Everyone who enters must wear a mask, and keep it on for the entirety of the party. If you haven't picked one out yourself, Pinkie would be more than happy to provide one for you.

Fift-eighteen? [ She's definitely giggling right now. ] I want my first romantic date to be in a flying castle, then!!

Yes! And it has to be on a floating castle now. No exceptions.

[With any luck, we'll never find a floating castle.]

[breezing]

Nooooone! Where was your first romantic date, Uncle Sokka?

[markofthewise]

... actually, it was on a floating bison.

[breezing]

That's a pretty good place, if you can't get a flying castle! [ she's pretty impressed at this clear romantic skill, man. ]

[markofthewise]

Not only that, but it was with a princess. You can't really top a first date like that.

[breezing]

A princess?! [ Wow okay Sokka is the romance master. Also princesses! ] Was she nice? Was she pretty? Did you fly through any clouds?

[markofthewise]

She was very pretty. She had snowy white hair, ruby red lips, and ocean blue eyes. She was amazing.

[breezing]

What happened on your date?

[markofthewise]

Well, we flew around. Saw the sights. Kissed. And then discovered a massive Fire Nation fleet that was invading. But other than that, it was great.

[breezing]

Whoa. [ invading fleet, man. Thinking backwards through stories - white hair - it finally clicks. ] That was the lady Yue Bay was named for?

[markofthewise]

That's right. Princess Yue of the Northern Water Tribe. I guess you heard this one already, huh?

[breezing]

Only a little bit, from daddy and Jinora. I never knew you went on a date with her!

[markofthewise]

Are you kidding? She was in love with me! If not for... well, her becoming the Moon Spirit and being previously betrothed, we could have really had something special.

[breezing]

She was already betrothed? [ OOOOOOOOOOOOH. this sounds like a story Jinora was definitely obsessed with. ]

[markofthewise]

Yeah. Some jerk named Hahn was going to marry her. I think he died or something. It was pretty unclear.

[He never asked.]

[breezing]

[ ...Well that sounds about as clear as the stories she's heard before regarding romance from her sister so she'll take it. ]

But she didn't like him! Right?

[markofthewise]

It didn't matter. She had to marry him for her people. What they wanted was more important to her than what she wanted.

[breezing]

[ That's...sad. There are things Ikki has to do - help revive the airbenders - but they aren't things she doesn't want to do. ]

But she became the moon spirit instead.

[markofthewise]

[He nodded. This was getting too sad though, so...]

Yeah. Anyway, how about some cake?

[breezing]

[ Ikki is thoroughly distracted! Although the latter part of their dance consisted mostly of her bouncing and asking him questions anyway. ]

Really? Can I have the chocolate kind??

Sure, anything you like.
