[So the alchemist was real enough. It left an odd taste in the back of his mouth to consider that to be true. If it was, the rest might be applicable. He could be ruining his good name, if he had a good name. He redoubles his search for a tall, slender redhead and fails miserably. Slumps at the fountain and scrubs his face, muttering to himself under his breath.]

Get it together Zevran- you will find them.

I was just checking on you, you were being quite loud. [He actually talks pretty fast it's worth noting. The lip reading, particularly given how much he moves around as he talks - bouncing from one way to the other - might interfere a little with understanding]

Cut open a lot of people. That would give anyone a right to be angry, and her need of a bodyguard. To him it made sense.]

I'm hoping, at least a little, that that particular bit of information is false. Cutting open others is a rather gruesome, unkind business, and I don't much like that.

[It takes her a little longer to locate her mug, even though it's quite close by, but eventually, she finds it and comes to sit across from him.

When she reads his note, she gives him a bit of a confused look.]
