Summary: Several people have received simple, written invitations asking them to meet at the rec center for a proposal.
Rating: B for Business-Casual
[This is the log in which Shikamaru collects people and they get to talking about the task at hand for disseminating information, and possibly recruits them into the agency thereafter if they're still interested. People will likely be showing up at different times, so he speaks to everyone one-on-one instead of in a group.
The proposal will be offered to each character who shows up casually - no hard feelings whatever you decide to do - but with firmness. This is a group that will be dedicated to intelligence research and analysis, not information gathering. It's nothing flashy or exciting, but he expects discretion and it's a job that shouldn't be taken lightly. Those who accept the offer will be told things should be up and running withing two weeks.]

Aa, I suppose. [He didn't want anyone who wouldn't show up to have intimate details of it.] Namely, I've seen how you've contributed things in this place over the journal network before. I'm interested in putting together an intelligence agency dedicated to keeping the village better informed. I thought you might make a good addition, given that.

As such, we'll have to take care to be more discreet than usual, but it shouldn't be overly troublesome. We'll collect our information from drop off points and work over it quietly. I'll have time set aside for people to work together, but everyone is welcome to ponder over what we learn to themselves at their own leisure as well.
When things are verified, or certain conclusions are reached, someone will report the findings on the locked network.
