Summary: Rapunzel has discovered a hodgepodge of what Thanksgiving is about, and so she has decided to throw a big dinner for anyone who wants to come!

If they had Thanksgiving back in her world, Rapunzel had absolutely no knowledge about it, and even after spending over half a year in Luceti, she was still a little hazy on the details of various holidays. However, she loved an occasion to celebrate, and what she'd learned about Thanksgiving so far was certainly something worth celebrating: a day to share good food with friends new and old, and express your thanks for the wonderful things in your life? Sounds perfectly fantastic to her. So she decided to make the most of it.

She starts cooking in the kitchen on the first floor of CH7 nearly at the break of dawn, filling the building with enticing aromas throughout the day. If that's not enough to draw people out, she takes a moment between dishes to make a village-wide invite to the dinner on the journal. She even makes a sign to set in the window of the bakery, apologizing for the unscheduled closing and directing any interested parties to the nearby CH7 for promised good times and delicious food.

Of course, she would love to have anyone bring a dish if they so desire - there's only so much cooking one can do, even if they are a Disney princess! She'd love some help in the kitchen, too.

At the dinner itself, attendants can expect to find many of the traditional Thanksgiving dishes - turkey, mashed potatoes, vegetables, casseroles, stuffing, rolls, yams, et cetera. Of course, there are a few completely out-of-place dishes as well: popcorn, jelly beans, toast, pretzels. Where on earth could she have gotten the idea for food like that? It is a mystery. For dessert, there will be an impressive line up of pies of various flavors, pumpkin roll, pumpkin bread, cupcakes decorated as turkeys, cookies, and so forth.

So, come on in, meet some friends new and old, and most of all, be thankful!

As mentioned, Rapunzel made an announcement on the journal earlier in the day inviting anyone who wants to to come, as well as set a sign up in the bakery directing people to CH7. This is basically a free-for-all mass log, so have fun, bring a dish, carve some turkey, do whatever!]

[He gives her a comically courtly bow.] Lady Dwarvenpants, how my heart has longed to be in your presence again.

[She responds with a dainty little curtsy.]

As you should. My presence is definitely longing-for material!

Whatcha doin' here, though? This didn't seem like your kinda party!

[Loki leans down and gives Vanellope a conspiratorial smile.] She may not look it, but the Lady Rapunzel is, in fact, and evil genius.

[her eyes widen!]

We're at a Bad Guy's party?! ... That's pretty cool!

Oh, she is not a bad guy. She's an evil genius. There is a very subtle but definite difference. [Loki grins. Apparently Vanellope's friend hasn't told her that Loki is one of these 'bad guys' either. He finds the classification scheme amusing, so black and white.]

Yeah? What's the difference? [She's looking around for their host - easy to spot with all that hair!] She doesn't look like a Bad Guy, but I guess that's how they make 'em, these days huh?

An evil genius is clever and good at getting things done, whatever he or she thinks is best. A bad guy is a rather cartoonish figure that does bad things so that the so-called heroes have a foil to play off of.

Some evil genius guys are bad guys, though. What happens then? And what are so-called heroes, heroes are heroes aren't they?

Then they are very smart bad guys. [Loki snorts.] I think heroes are just people with a love of self-labeling and a knack for public relations.

Yeah but, really real heroes are the ones who save people even if they've got the wrong label on them!

So what are you, Mister Stuffypants? You look kinda like a.... [She squints at him.] Like a non-playable type!

[He raises an eyebrow.] Non-playable?

I am not easily fooled or tricked, if that is what you mean. I am a god, actually. A god of mischief.

Yeah, non-playable. Like... you're not really a bad guy or a good guy so the story isn't gonna be about you fighting the other bad guy or good guy... [She waves her little hands around, trying to explain.]

But mischief, huh? That's what you use your magic for?

I don't think it quite works that way outside of your realm. [He smiles thinly.] Though if you asked those whose path crossed mine in Midgard, they would say I am the most dastardly of villains. I care not about that.

[He laughs.] Mischief, battle, whatever I might need it for. But I certainly like mischief best.

Ohhh. So, you're a Bad Guy! Cool. Ralph's a Bad Guy too, but he's not a bad guy. [She grins up at Loki. Clearly that applies to him the same way!]

Anyway, what kinda mischief, huh? Is that the fun kind?

I am who I am. [He smiles crookedly.]

Well, I've been in a prank war with an idiot named Ben Grimm. I left him at the fountain without a stitch on recently, and a sign advertising a free pet rock.

...he's made out of stone. It's quite odd. And ugly.

[Vanellope sputters a moment, trying to hold in the little snickers from her mouth.]

Pffff- ahahaha that's a good one! He's a rock, really? That's pretty weird! [... She's imagining a literal rock, with a face.]

But, a war huh? That's interesting. Bet he got ya back!

A bright orange rock, at that. When he first arrived, he fell through the roof of my house and tried to kill me.

He dropped an enormous balloon full of orange pudding on myself and a friend who was waling with me at the time. [Loki laughs.] I'll be painting him up a prettier color than orange soon, I think.

Woah, an orange rock! He totally needs a new dye job. Maybe pink! Cotton-candy pink! That'll be fun to see. [Vanellope snickers.]

I was planning on green and have already gotten the paints. [Loki grins.] But if you would like to help me with the next trick, I think some pink can be arranged for that.

Oh well, green's a pretty great color so I guess I can't blame ya for that.

Definitely count me in for the next one, though! [Grinning right back!] What do you know about taffy, Lord Prissypants?

Nothing, I'm afraid . I'm not really much for candy.

Well, it's a lot worse than pudding, let me tell ya. Harder to get out of, too! Sticks to everything, and it comes in all sorts of colors!

That sounds utterly revolting.

[Snickers.]

It's pretty great. You should try it some time! Maybe in your rocky friend's laundry.

[He grins.]
