Who: Anyone who wants to come!
What: Vivi's birthday party
When: February 2nd, afternoon and into the evening
Where: the hot springs
Summary: It's Vivi's birthday, and Nami arranged a little surprise gathering for her friend.
Rating: probably not above PG-13 for language and possible hot spring ~hijinx~.

[Nami's suggestion that they spend the day up at the hot springs was one Vivi happily accepted, not suspecting that there was more in store than just a day with her friend. It's with surprised delight that she steps from the teleporter to find the place decorated, and throughout the day, many of her friends arriving to wish her a happy birthday.]

[The main hall has been decorated with balloons and streamers, and there's a large banner reading "Happy Birthday, Vivi!" hung from the front rafter. Off to the side is a large table stocked with all sorts of food (go nuts; whatever you can imagine, Sanji probably made) and of course an enormous and elaborately decorated birthday cake. The other side of the hall has some games set up: pin the tail on the donkey, twister, and a ping-pong table.]

[Outside, the privacy screen has been slid back to join the men's and women's sides of the springs, and it should go without saying that people will be expected to wear swimsuits into the water. The trees are hung with more streamers, with strings of lights and some decorative lanterns for after the sun begins to set. There's a smaller table of refreshments out here, too.]

[There's also plenty of alcohol on hand, though juice and soft drinks are available for those who don't want (or are too young) to drink. Later in the evening, there's a high possibility of a party game like Truth or Dare starting up. (Thread here!)]

[You were saying something about taciturn? Perona's barely listening anymore, not exactly liking having to talk about the two morons she's been forced to live with for two years of her life - especially when one was kidnapped (i-it's not like she's concerned or anything!) and the other having arrived to this party naked and just...ghh. Her life.

But as she lazily slides back to the edge of the hot spring to retrieve her drink once more, Perona pauses. A cook? Without much hesitation at all, her eyes move towards where Sanji may be, and linger. Speaking of cooks...he seemed a bit more reserved today. She'll have to check on him later.]

[Robin notices the look and is interested but she's not entirely sure what it means. Still, for now she'll leave the difficult ghost princess to her own quietness and instead observe from the corner of her eyes to see what might transpire]

[The look continues for a few more minutes, as Perona follows Sanji quietly with her eyes. Her eyes betray her for a tiny second, showing concern and deep worry, before she remembers that she's not alone here. Whoops! Time to turn her head in Robin's direction with a very dark scowl.]

Haven't we talking about your staring?! I'm not an animal! If you want something, say it! Otherwise I'm not going to bother with you any longer! You're already trying my patience enough as it is.

If you were an animal I wouldn't be watching. I have nothing to say, as I said. [Nothing more at any rate. Though she did catch the glance, though she's not entirely sure what to make of it other than perhaps Perona catches his mood, too]

I watch all my crew and anyone who may be closely associated, so I suggest you ignore it if it upsets you. [Though she will stop watching once she's assured it will work out.]

[Perona's scowl deepens as she listens to Robin speak, not exactly liking much of what she says at all. She's not sure how to interpret most of it, and that alone is rather bothersome by itself, but just having someone like her watch the Ghost Princess? Unheard of. Perona's usually the one doing the spying on other crews! Robin's very lucky she's not here to cause trouble, otherwise there would have been, well...issues. Very few things get under her skin to that extent nowadays, but she's already bothered by those that do. Her nerves and patience alike are wearing thin.

Still, she manages a very wicked little smile, downs the remainder of her drink, and cants her head to one side. Fine. She'll be civil. Her own translation of the word, but whatever. She can't be penalized for a technicality, can she?]

And I suggest you ignore me, Devil Child, or I may become rather cross with you. But if you must keep your eyes on me, I suggest to be weary! Who knows what you may catch a glimpse of.

[A tiny hollow explosion, maybe, if she can time it right. ...It's fun to think of, even if she'd never do it. Regardless, Perona is leaving. She is done with this conversation and she is done with you, Robin. She has to go check on someone she actually does care about.]

[Negative feelings or not, she's not afraid of you, Ghost girl. Though you may prove difficult to fight if it comes down to it. Nevertheless, she will keep an eye on you, as many as she can spare. And if Sanji-kun ends up getting hurt for whatever reason, she is determined that Perona will feel the full weight of that backlash. After all, she's not completely alone here]
