The Great Luceti Rock Hunt

What: Rock hunting!

Where: All over Luceti
Summary: Grumpy pants Smoker needs a pick me up and what better way to do it than trolling him relentlessly. Our lovely volunteers received a painted rock and a note - after that it's up to them.
Rating: G~PG

It didn't take long to find all his "volunteers," but once he had, he gave them their rocks and sent Smoker a message.

Notice anything missing? I have what belongs to you. Come find them and you'll find me.

Stealing what technically belonged to the Marine was a good enough reason for the grumbly man to come out, but it helped that Souji left the thief's name and identity as prize for finding all the appropriate rocks.

He just didn't need to mention he had sent decoys out as well.

[ooc; Post with your character as a top level and Smoker will find them to talk and retrieve the rocks. Go crazy! Make him sing, dance, stand on his head, whatever you feel like as long as players involved are cool with it. ...also no one saw me post to the wrong comm. orz]

[He sees it, but he won't say anything. Saizou snarfs it down and looks up at Smoker. Is there another?]

That isn't getting out, Smoker-san. [He laughs a little.] Did you meet many people today?

[Yup! More for the piggie. Fruits are good and healthy, okay okay.]

[And Smoker snorts.]

You sound like Hina. Yes, but they were all stupid. Except for Kohaku.

[Saizou keeps eating and starts moving on to the cake, but Souji reaches out and taps him hard on the head which causes him to pull back sullenly.]

Kohaku-chan is sweet, isn't it?

Is Hina a friend of yours? Or a subordinate?

She is, yes.

And Hina's a friend. I'd shoot myself if she were a subordinate. [Except not really. Probably. Given G-5, no, no he wouldn't. Hina would just be bad about listening to him, even though she's always telling him to follow orders.]

[Well, that's rather drastic, but Souji knows Smoker wouldn't really shoot himself. Or, he hopes.]

What is she like?

[A pause.]

Acerbic. [And that's an understatement.] And bossy. And a pain in the ass.

I miss her. [Smoker's so good at friendship.]

I suppose I resemble the "pain" part, hm?

[he laughs.]

I can tell you miss her.

[justicereigns]

Yeah. And the trying to make me do things for my own good. It's annoying.

[ahappylie]

But you recognize that it's for your own good. As annoying as it is, you must appreciate it somewhere.

[justicereigns]

Nope.

Too stubborn, and I'd rather just get my own way.

[UH. At least he acknowledges this?]

At least you're honest about it. That's good to know.

I usually try to be. All an officer has sometimes is his word. [Only Smoker would be super serious mode about this given the rest of this day and conversation jeez.]
