Event Log - Malnosso World

What: A field trip for the entirety of Luceti!
When: October 27th, until the end of November 2nd
Where: The Happiest Place on the Moon, Malnosso World!
Summary: So you remember all those times Luceti was transformed into Luceti Land? Welcome to Malnosso World, Luceti Land's bigger, cooler brother. Be sure to keep all hands inside the rides at all times, and refer to your map if you get lost. Trust me, you'll get lost.

[Day 1 // October 27th]

[ Rin and Shiemi fought when the droids showed up, of course. The both of them fought bravely...! And ended up beating both waves of them - albeit, the second wave did result in Rin at least getting fairly beat up before it was over ... and then he was shifted here. The combination of being Shifted (which made him feel like he needed to vomit) and put to somewhere where he doesn't have his powers (which resulted in him not healing as fast as he's come to be used to) results in Rin mostly being his own villa or heading to the Dome's medical center on the first day. It'll take him all day to really recover, but he will recover, at least. ]

[Any Other Day // October 28th - November 2nd]

[ And once recovered... well he's initially very pissed to be displaced against his will but then he realizes two things: the first is that he's at an amusement park (cool) and the second is that he's on the moon (cooler). He'd only really left the enclosure to go to Vaskoth that one time (or when he was kidnapped) so... it's actually pretty novel to be here. What's more, he has sort of had "I should go with Shiemi around an amusement park" in the back of his mind since Mephy Land.

Which... was really long ago now. But I digress, these are some sorts of situations you might find Rin in:

a) He might be at the villa, where he has a room with Shiemi and Kanji. Mostly he's only liable to be there at night or (fairly late into) the morning, given his habits for sleeping in ... though obviously given this is a big trip he'd like to avoid it. He doesn't really go to any of the other enclosures' districts or hang out here that much but you might see him around.

b) Most of his time will be spend in Thrill Land, where in he is trying to ride all the rides, get stuck in all the lines, and enjoy himself. He'll also end up dedicating at least half of one day to the water park half of it as well. While his goal is to enjoy his time with Shiemi here, the fact there are such big lines and some of them branch (not to mention the size of it and that she had other friends) the two will be brought apart a lot. So all threads here are solo, basically, despite the narrative. On a ride together? In a line together? Changing into a swimsuit? In a wave pool? Have at.

b) Cartoon Land Rin discovers a day or three into the trip and when he does it's really cool. Maybe no one else thinks it's cool, but he thinks it's cool. Which is why he does by wanting to complete with obstacle course, determined and a little excited to be following the logic of stuff he'd read in comic books. As soon as he finishes though, he ended up in a full body cast - even if he recovers in about three minutes once he's out, it does does of dampen him from wanting to go a second round.

c) Junior Land Rin didn't see a point in going to until the last day or two, wherein he went mostly to see what was up with it. And once he's there he discovers there dinosaurs there. DINOSAURS. Even if he feels weird to be here kids are hanging out, in the twilight days he does dedicate a lot of hours to being here and riding dinosaurs and checking out the cool animals... until he comes across a bear, and then he sort of backs away slowly. Warily. Bears are scary, man.

d) Both Halloween Land and Bubble Land Rin basically... spends no time at. Bubble Land he goes to in order to see what's up with the huge line he can see without even entering it, but then after he gets a card and experiences his first Shift there, he ends up freaking out on an employee, eventually causing enough of a scene to be kicked out of it and banned from coming again. Halloween Land is much the same story, just make it when he encounters one of the zombies and repeatedly bugs staff there to let him try to find some way to help those guys or at least put them out of that misery. So stays are both are very short lived.

e) Rin sadly only briefly goes to Casino Land, mostly because he doesn't think to go to a gambling place when he could go on rides or do other stuff like that. He goes there to see what's there and ends up at the buffet, probably with some other people. He has a healthy appetite (he's not the shounen one but, you know) so he's there for a good spell. The guy doesn't really end up playing that many games though.

Feel free to invent things within these options and we'll have fun with it. ]

[Clove has decided to explore the water park. A few of the rides have been fun, and she might be nearly soaked. However, she's drying off while sitting at the edge of the wave pool.

She can see the people in it, get the basic idea, and she's not... afraid of the water, but she's definitely hanging back for right now.]

[ You know, a wave pool switches between waves which are impressive and waves which are lame, and waves which can know the wind out of you a little. However, it seems that the Malnosso have one more setting: you see, the Malnosso also end rounds with some giant big kahuna wave you could legitimately surf on. And while Rin is no surfer, he does decide to free hand it! He's supermaning this giant wave, which laps him up against the shore and splashing up to the nearest chair at the end of it head-first (ow) but he's mostly okay. And he stands, laughing, wet tailed, a little red bellied!

... And-] Don't I know you-? Oh, Clove, right?

[shenevermisses]

Yeah, I'm Clove. Rin, right?

[Clove is actually laughing a little under her breath, watching the people in the water. Especially that big one. She can't help but be curious... but not quite curious enough to venture into the water.]

[rashness]

Yeah, that's me. Hey.

[With a little sheepish wave]

Thrill Land!

[Fairly early in the week, Chouji still hasn't tried out a lot of these rides, and they don't have anything like it where he comes from. He spots Rin a little bit ahead of him in line.]

Hey, Rin!

[rashness]

[Huh, someone is calling him-? He looks around and then leans out of the line a bit (looping his head around someone who frowns at him as he does it ) and-] Oh, Chouji!

[shamelessness]

[After their first roller coaster Shiemi has to put a hand on Rin's shoulder to steady herself. With all the ups, downs, and upside downs she is more than a little wobbly.]

Th-that was exciting.

[rashness]

RIght?! Right?! That was awesome!

[He's in good order too. Wagging his tail, even]

[shamelessness]

I might need to sit down.

[rashness]

Oh- oh! Uh, [Where's a bench?! There's a bench! He tries to steer them over towards it] Got it!

[shamelessness]

I didn't realize they were so... loopy.

[rashness]

Couldn't you tell that just by looking at it?

[Goosh, it looks like it's loopy just looking at it]

[shamelessness]

[Shiemi sits down on the bench, and lets out a relieved sigh.]

I- I've never been on one before. I didn't know it would feel like that.

[rashness]

[He sits next to her, still grinning some] But it's exciting, right?

[shamelessness]

[She smiles at him, and nods enthusiastically.]

It is!

[ravelt]

[Haru himself's just recently discovered Cartoon Land. So recently, in fact, that he's just arrived.

...And is currently speeding towards Rin with a lit bundle of dynamite that someone casually passed off to him.]

Watchoutwatchoutwatchoutwatchoutwatchoutwatch out!

[rashness]

Huh wha--- T?! [He turns, confused at first until he sees that some guy is running towards him with a bomb of some sort in his hand. His eyes widen - and then pop out of his head, getting as big as his head]

[ravelt]

[Suddenly Haru slips on a conveniently placed banana peel, collapsing to the ground and the dynamite passing itself off to Rin.]

[rashness]

[ WHAT WHAT WHAT rude. So rude. So rood in fact he tries to toss it up in the air so that it doesn't blow either of them up! ...But he does blow up before then, sending Rin flying backwards. And generally just making a big boom (there's even a sound effect) ]

[ravelt]

[...That was quite a boom. Haru tries to scramble to his feet (slipping again in the process), and rushes over in the direction he saw Rin run.]

Hey dude, you okay?!

[rashness]

I'm fine...! [Sort of. He's covered in soot or something that resembles it. IT sucks man ]

[ravelt]

[Haru holds out a hand to him to help him up to his feet.]

Sorry about that, man.

[rashness]

Yeah. [He thanks the hand and mutters "thanks"] Where'd you even get that?

[ravelt]

Some weird rabbit-thing handed it to me and took off the moment I got here.
