Summary: So you remember all those times Luceti was transformed into Luceti Land? Welcome to Malnosso World, Luceti Land's bigger, cooler brother. Be sure to keep all hands inside the rides at all times, and refer to your map if you get lost. Trust me, you'll get lost.

[He's snapped out of the trance when he hears Nephry's voice, which makes his pulse quicken briefly, along with a slight widening of his eyes as they dart towards her. He had been too focused on Nebilim that he hadn't prepared for the possibility of Nephry talking to him, so his reaction his relatively unguarded - but he quickly works at controlling himself.]

Ah. Nephry.

[He can't quite manage a smile, but at least it looks less like a frown. He's at a rare loss of words for the moment.]

I'm sorry you saw that.

[As though she's somehow at fault.]

[And neither did he - which was truly infuriating. Many possible actions had been swirling in his mind about how to deal with the imposter, but none were truly feasible or rational.

He manages a calm tone.]

This area certainly has its own brand of sick humor. Considering past experiments, I'm not surprised by the Malnosso's tastes.

I think they mean it to look like Luceti, somewhat. Or maybe another, similar enclosure.

[He's keeping his distance. Is it because he'd embarrassed by his reaction to the false Nebilim?]

Another enclosure that would have someone like her? [He says very sharply.]

Another enclosure that would have her, specifically. It's possible she was pulled to another after departing from ours, or simply comes from a new point in time in someone else's...bubble.

That certainly falls into the realm of possibility. [The possibility inspires a number of mixed feelings. What if she's suffering? Or what if she's found happiness, like she apparently found during her stay in Luceti? Was it better this way, if that really was the case? But Jade won't commit to any possibility until he has concrete evidence.

Suddenly he feels like he has one more driving force to find a way outside the enclosure.]

It's still all just speculation. I don't believe that I'm quite ready to settle for that, just yet.

[He pauses for a moment. ...And then he starts to stride off in the direction that the imposter went, without looking at Nephry.]

[That is more surprising than it should be.]

[Maybe he'll get lucky and won't have to deal with anyone trying to follow him and throw him off his game while he tries to find that Nebilim actor. The chances may be slim, but he considers it possible that she could have been told the enclosure that the person she imitated hailed from.

Striding forward with drive and purpose, he does not look like a happy camper.]
