[And grew up rich for that matter. That definitely made a difference in terms of access to theme parks. She's never been all that comfortable with her family's wealth but that still hasn't stopped Kate from using it to her advantage.]

You never made it to Euro Disney?

Nah. Dad thought it was a waste of time and whenever we did go on holiday, it was usually to China to visit my grandparents.

Dad's been to China for business a few times.

[Really, is there any place her parents haven't been? Between her mother's philanthropy - back before she got sick - and her father's publishing empire, they've probably covered the whole globe.]

Well yeah, it just... it's different. I mean, I grew up in a semi-detached house in England. Kind of a big jump to imagine what it must be like living in New York like that.

[Even now, her apartment is a two bedroom, one and a half bath, spacious apartment in SoHo. Given to her and paid for by her father once she turned eighteen. It's a far cry from Clint's tiny place in Brooklyn. And he owns the whole damn building.]
