Where: The Happiest Place on the Moon, Malnosso World!
Summary: So you remember all those times Luceti was transformed into Luceti Land? Welcome to Malnosso World, Luceti Land's bigger, cooler brother. Be sure to keep all hands inside the rides at all times, and refer to your map if you get lost. Trust me, you'll get lost.

[Rescued? That's an odd choice of words. She doesn't remember being "rescued," so much as skipping out on being grounded early. That's... sort of rescued. Sure. And there are more important things at hand! Like the fact that you kissed the wrong German that day, and then said wrong German turned out to be Toad. ]

Ohhhh god, don't remind me. ... I still can't get the taste out of my mouth. [She sticks out her tongue, in an exaggerated gagging gesture.] I... didn't know it was him. ... That was kind of a-- confusing day for me. ... But-- I'm not confused any more! I promise!

[While Kurt is kind of clueless as to what he "rescued" her from or how there was a technical failure there. But he laughs at that.]

Really? I'm glad to hear that, Wanda. You know... I'm not feeling very confused right now, either.

[Amanda and Mia all seem so distant - he feels like they'd understand. He looks towards towards her with a warm smile and reaches to hold her hand.]

I mean, things feel so clear to me now!

I know... I'm always so-- nervous to talk with you, but... But it's so much easier to do than I ever thought! [Her heart leaps into her throat as he takes her hand. She doesn't pull away at all, rather, she turns her hand to hold his, intertwining her fingers with his (though not at the regular way, because wow, Kurt, your hands). ]

You're so handsome... [Wanda and subtlety go together like a fish and a bicycle.]

You don't have to worry about that with me... honest! I... I like to hear what you have to say! [Even though wow how rude, his totally cool hand squeezes hers.]

Me? Are you sure you're not talking to some guy behind me? [He turns around to check with a joking grin.]

[Don't worry Kurt, she thinks your hands are hot. And she will tell him as much should the conversation ever go there. For now she will be content to squeeze back, and feel like her face might break from smiling, as she laughs.]

Not unless... the guy behind you is your reflection in the water.

[She scoots a little closer, which is harder than it really needs to be thanks to the stupid peddles. ]

You're-- funny. And smart. And just-- stunningly good looking. [You have weird tastes, Wanda.] ... And you say things like "I like to hear what you have to say" which... no one says that!

[He's being buried under this praise - he's nervous, but he moves closer to her as well, leaning his shoulder against hers.]

No one at all? [He says in concern.] I mean... You do have good things to say! And hey, you're the smart one. And- and the pretty one.

[This is a dangerous path to go down. They might get into a mushy "no YOU" battle.]

Well... if I do you're the first to say it. [She ducks her head, not leaning away. Maybe even matching his lean? YES. She runs her thumb over his with the hand being held.]

I don't... Now who's the one talking to someone outside the boat? [She attempts to recycle Kurt's own joke back at him. She doesn't know why she's feeling so chatty. Talking really isn't her strong point. Somehow, though, it just seems like now is a good time for it. ] I've... always been very attracted to you. You're like-- a work of art come to life.

Me? Really? Maybe I'm a Piccasso, but still...

[He chuckles nervously, with a goofy grin.]

I know I think you're attractive. I mean - when you're not trying to explode any of us. [He tries to say it as light-heartedly teasingly as possible.] You're really one of a kind... and I mean that in the best way possible.

[Wanda doesn't know which one Picasso is, so she'll be content with Kurt's agreement. She shakes her head, unable to quite believe him when he calls her attractive or one-of-a-kind. ]

I don't want to explode you. ... Really. I'd be happy to just kiss you. [Oh HELL did she just say that? What on earth happened to her filter?! Whelp. OUT THERE NOW. She feels like normally she'd be freaking out over such a slip of the tongue, or, even more likely, trying to control her hex aura. Maybe it's a good thing powers are gone right now. Regardless, all she manages to do is give him a furtive glance, though still keeping hold of his hand, and leaning against him. Oh, and blush. Blush like a tomato.]

Well... I want you to be happy. [He says so softly. It is all he wants right now. He doesn't know exactly how or why. All those feelings he had in Luceti Valley, they're burning at full power. Who cares about her father or what Brotherhood weirdoes were interested with her or whose side she was on? Right now she was right here, with him, on this boat.

He's blushing, himself - the fuzzy equivalent at least, and his heart is beating heavily as he reaches with his free hand. He extends on finger towards her chin to gently nudge her face up, so that she can look him in the eyes. While he starts to lean in...]

[Oh, you smooth operator you. Is this what Li'l Loki ment when he said Kurt was fond of "wooing ladies"? Because he's clearly good at it. Wanda is putty. Wanda is jelly. Wanda is any number of semi-solid states that can quiver with anticipation.

But most of all, Wanda is kissing him. She's not thinking of much else at the moment, except for how amazing Kurt is, and her free hand finds it's way up to rest on his shoulder. Her kiss is pretty chaste and inexperienced, but it is definitely a kiss.

And she is happy.]

[As he presses his fuzzy lips against hers, he can kind of feel it - the inexperience. But it's not bad. It's still... great! He tries to channel his experience into his half of the bargain, putting his hand on his shoulder as he does so. One, big, passionate kiss.

And as it happens, his tail curls around them several times over. He pulls back after a moment, looking quite pleased.]

[As far as Wanda's concerned, Kurt is the best kisser she's ever experienced. True, that's a competition between him and a guy with a tongue longer than his body who secretes his own mucus, but hey! Best is best! And it's not a close competition. Not at all.

She feels a little thrill when she realizes he's wrapped his tail around her, and as the kiss ends she looks dazed and blissful.]

Oh.... Wow.

[He's at a loss for words. That was - it was still great, all things considered. Why wasn't he doing this sooner? He looked at her with a bashful smile.]

It's... good! Right?

[He nods quickly to emphasize his own point.]

Better! [Her own smile blossoms, happy to hear that he enjoyed it too. She vaguely rubs his shoulder with her thumb, glancing around shyly, meeting his gaze occasionally, only smile and look away again. She is ridiculous.]

Better-- than I ever dreamed. [And she's dreamed some pretty awesome kisses, Kurt. That's no idle complement.]

Are we sure that this isn't a dream? [It's too good to be true. He drapes one arm over her shoulder completely. It's comfortable.]

If it is... I don't want to wake up. [She sort of snuggles in close. She is Perfectly content to snuggle with him like this for the remainder of the boat ride. Or make out. Either or. The kissing was pretty mind blowing. But just listening to him talk is also pretty good.] ... Are these the sorts of things you dream about?

[Yes. The snuggling. His tail is wrapped around her midsection, and he leans back comfortably as they're huddled close.]

Maybe? I mean... not always with the same person! [His love life has become infinitely more complicated since he arrived here.] That sounds pretty bad, doesn't it...

Hmn. Kind of. [Her brow furrows momentarily. Kurt's the only one she thinks about, when she does find her mind turning to such thoughts. Then again, during Luceti valley, she had certainly been thinking about Teddy a lot. Maybe it's something like that.] ... It's ok though. ... You're here, with me, now. [She feels her love for Kurt could overwhelm ANY hesitation or undesirable trait at the moment. He's just so swell!]

[Oh, she forgave him quickly. Now he can breathe again.]

That's right. And... I can't remember ever being happier. [Even Amanda seems like no big deal in retrospect.]

[Very quickly! But it's just so gosh-darned hard NOT to when you're SO in love.]

It's-- you don't know what it means to me, to hear you say that...

[She nuzzles him, happily, and positively saccharine to anyone not currently in the boat, no doubt. Her feet have remained peddling this entire time, even if only slowly, and the dock is coming back into view, though... ]

[Yep, he's nuzzling up, and holding her hand. His tail itself goes to stroke her cheek a little, too. He just feels so comfortable, and it all feels so right, while his feet a-peddle peddle away.]

It's unbelievable for me, too. All I can say is... [He looks so giddy.] This ride definitely hasn't left me swanting.

[Kurt, you make her heart a-flutter, with all this attention. When he puns, she looks at him blankly for just a moment (you can almost see the cogs turning) before she breaks out in a broad, bright grin, and a sudden yelp of laughter.] Oh! Oh I wish I could make jokes like that! How do you do it? You must be so smart!

Really? If being quick with words like that makes me smart, maybe I should look for a degree in punology!

[He says with a laugh, caught up in the glow of the compliment and this feeling, not quite noticing how much closer the dock is.]

A degree... You could teach that class. Be a-- professor of punology. [No, Wanda, that's alliteration, not a pun. But good effort!

As the dock draws nearer, she can't help but wonder about who all he's dreamed about. She purses her lips, wanting to dismiss the thought again, but it's clearer now than it was. She nuzzles him again to try and get rid of it.] ... Did you want to-- do anything after this?
