Summary: So you remember all those times Luceti was transformed into Luceti Land? Welcome to Malnosso World, Luceti Land's bigger, cooler brother. Be sure to keep all hands inside the rides at all times, and refer to your map if you get lost. Trust me, you'll get lost.

Yup! It just happened way back-- we're talking at least two years ago.

[A somewhat sad smile crosses his face for a split second. For Ven, Luceti Land brings back memories of ferris wheel rides, star fruit, and someone who'd left a long time ago.

Thankfully, in true Ven fashion, he bounces back from those thoughts quickly and a more genuine smile returns to his place.]

And sure it's crazy, but I'd argue that it's a good kinda crazy! How often do you get to ride around on roller coasters, win cool prizes, and grab snacks like this?

[He wiggles the cotton candy.]

[...omg. What? She is instantly derailed from everything else he just said when he references the cotton candy.]

That's food?

Yup! Well, sorta anyway.

[He laughs, rubbing the back of his neck.]

It's mostly just colored sugar. Tastes great, but I wouldn't call it a meal or anything.

[scootch]

[Coloured sugar...

...hrngh.]

Sugar's actually really rare where I come from.

[risingwinds]

Really?

[Whoa, he can't even imagine what that's like.]

...Well, d'you want some? I could always grab another stick later. No big deal!

[He hasn't really started snacking on it, anyway.]

[scootch]

...You really don't mind?

[The fact that he's so eager to share is practically unheard of. It had been weird enough for Sam to share his blueberries, or Riley with her... explosives.]

[risingwinds]

'Course not! Like I said, there's more to go around, and I've kinda been spoiled when it comes to desserts.

[Luceti's bakery offers ample opportunity for sweets, not to mention the ice cream in Disney Town, Aqua's treats... Just to prove his point, he'll hold the stick out for her.]

[scootch]

...Well, okay.

[Like hell she needs more urging than that. She reaches out to snag a bit of the fluff, stuffing it in her mouth without hesitation.

Oh my god, that tastes amazing!!

[risingwinds]

[Ven covers his mouth with one hand, trying not to laugh. It's not that he's trying to be snide it's just... wow, that's some enthusiasm over cotton candy.]

Well, if you like it that much, you can have the rest if you'd like! Like I said before, I can always grab extra later.

[scootch]

[The offer is tempting, but it doesn't seem fair. And people apparently like "fair" around here.]

Well... did you get it around here? Are they just giving it away? I could get my own!

[risingwinds]

Oh, they're giving away tons of food!

[He points in the general direction of the food court.]

Most of it's greasy stuff like burgers, corndogs, pizza... Not exactly healthy, but tasty? You bet!

[scootch]

Like I care about healthy food, anyway.

[Well. Normally she would! But here, surrounded by so much tasty-sounding stuff? No way.]

[risingwinds]

Well, ya gotta live a little, right?

[Heh. It's something they oughta celebrate while it lasts, anyway. Once they get back to the village, they'll have to return to whatever's in the shops, bakery, and Seventh Heaven.]

C'mon, I'll show you to the cart if you want.

[After all, in a place this packed, it'd be easy to get lost.]

[scootch]

Sounds good to me.

[She brightens and stuffs her hands in her pockets, ready to follow him and get more of that delicious stuff. Whatever it is, it's the best thing ever created.]

Oh, thanks for those books you gave me awhile back, by the way. They were really cool!

[risingwinds]

You really think so?

[Ah, that's awesome! So awesome that Ven's smile stretches so wide that it'd put the Cheshire Cat to shame. And, as he walks, he places his hands behind his head.]

I've been learning all kinds of cool stuff from those books! Like about supernovas and black holes and planets made entirely outta gas. It's crazy!

[scootch]

It is! I never had the chance to learn about that stuff the way I do here. I only had a couple of ripped up old encyclopedias that had maybe five pages of it here and there. And comics- I read some comics that talked about space. But here? There's so much more to read!

[risingwinds]

But still, you got to read comics! I never got to do any of that back home.

[He shakes his head, uttering a soft laugh.]

Nah, it was mostly huge, heavy books about worlds, the balance between light and dark, Keyblade techniques... It's all important, don't get me wrong, but comics seem like so much fun.

[scootch]

[Keyblade? What kind of key has a blade? Is that like a switchblade? She could get behind that idea...]

If you want some comics, I can lend you some. Or- I can ask the guy who lend them to me if I can lend you some. I don't think he'd mind, he seems cool.

[risingwinds]

As long as it's not too much trouble! If I have to, I could always talk to him myself... but I guess I'd have to know who it is, first.

[Ven really could stand to know more people. If he had his way, he'd know everybody! Alas, that isn't the case.

As they draw closer to their destination, his pace slows, and he leans forward and squints, looking for the cotton candy cart. Thankfully, the immense amount of blue and pink fluff is kind of a dead giveaway. Almost there!]

His name's Teddy. He brought me a bunch of comics when I was staying in the clinic. He's pretty cool.

[And the comics were cooler.]

Aw, that's nice of him! I didn't even realize you could get comics here. Guess that shows what I know.

[But Teddy... that's a name he'll commit to memory, and--

Before he can ask about Teddy's looks, Ven reaches the cotton candy cart and grinds to a complete stop.]

...And it looks like we're here! You ready for some cavity inducing sugar?

[scootch]

Oh, I am so ready.

[She grins, staring up at the selection. She wonders briefly if the colours mean anything, then shrugs it off and reaches up to take the same kind as Roxas had, just in case. She'd enjoyed that one, and she can always get more if she feels like being at adventurous.

The first bite makes the wait so, so worth it.]

Oh my god... how is this even real?
