Norma's pretty sure she can trade these things in for super awesome prizes and treasures and stuff! But...she is really hungry, and she does wanna get a drink to go her food, too...]

Because they are in the past tense, and remind Norma that no matter what, she'll never ever be a rich empress or princess or whatever in Luceti. Maybe for a week or two because of a Shift or something, but it'll always be smoke and mirrors.]
