[Oh a festival! Rikku has never been to one, but it doesn't look like it. She finally gets a reason to wear her festival outfit. (Minus the fish.) But that's not all, she can be found just about everywhere. Playing the games, eating, or any other thing that there is to do.

[While Rikku is up at one of the games, the kind where you throw hoops over pegs in the ground to win prizes, Caius wanders over to check the game out and see what's up. He's been to festivals in Luceti before in the past, but he's never come across a game like this before.]
