School Log!

Who: OPEN! Anyone! Teachers, Students, anyone dropping in for the open classes, anyone at the battledome (from about 1-3 pm), newcomers with questions, etc!
What: Catchall school days
When: March! (You can vary the dates if you'd like, if you want something from last week or on the 17th and onward, it's fairly open there.)
(Classes run from 9 AM-roughly 2:30 PM, and the log can include before and after-school activities)
Where: School / Battle Dome
Summary: It's been a quiet few weeks in Luceti, but school is still in session!
Rating: A+



[For some sense of guidelines:

- Anyone joining for the first time is allowed to poke around and ask questions and (possibly) take or have handwaved taking a test so they can join in immediately!

- The playground is open for after school or lunch break interactions. The cafeteria is also open. Also, random classrooms are available for students wanting to use it for private tutoring/study hall sessions/club meetings whatnot.

- World Sharing and Magic lessons are held at the battle dome, so non-attendees can observe if they like.

- You're not limited to the headers! Just do what you want--these are just some suggestions as to what's going on, but they aren't the be-all-and-end-all of what can be played with! Chat with each other, set up things! It's meant to be for CR!]

[This is said to the pebbles.]

[He seats himself on the ground nearby and frowns.]

Are you sure?

Yeah.

[She still doesn't look at him.]

[Aang feels very troubled as he watches her. And he's not sure how to handle it.

Quietly, he picks up some pebbles and starts adding them to her pile.]

[She doesn't acknowledge him just yet...but she doesn't push him away, either.

It's something.]

[Something. He'll take that something, and he'll see what he can make from it.

He takes a small twig and a piece of a leaf, then wraps the leaf around the twig to make a makeshift flag, which he sticks in the top of the pebble mound.]

[She looks at the little flag. Then she reaches around to find a twig of her own. When she doesn't see any leaves within her field of vision, she actually raises her head to look around for one.]

[Aang still has part of a leaf in his hand; when she glances up, he holds it towards her with a faint smile.]

[lostlegacy]

[She doesn't smile back, but she also takes the leaf without hesitation, her little fingers brushing against his.

With a little more care than usual, she places the leaf on the end of the twig.]

[His smile does fade a bit at the lack of a matching smile. But when that leaf is planted, he gives a little clap.]

It's the flag of the princess-knight.

[She looks over at him.]

Yeah.

[It's probably the first unnecessary thing she's said all day.]

[And he looks straight at her.]

Do you feel like the princess-knight?

[lostlegacy]

[Her head lowers. After a moment, she shakes her head.]

If you want to talk... I'm here for you.

[lostlegacy]

Okay.

[She appreciates it in her own way. She just can't express as much right now.]

[savedtheworld]

Okay. [He smiles. He wants to help her, but he knows better than to push at her. He knows what it's like to need to just be alone and sad sometimes. Maybe she can work through this on her own. Aang will just make sure she has a safety net nearby.

And he casually pokes some more pebbles at their construction.]
