This post is for the draftee-only portion of the Zompania draft--the day 3 death, time travel to day 1, and then the events until the arrival of the reinforcements. Be sure to use the above info post for any plotting needs you might have. Enjoy!

Please note that there is a specific top-level comment thread for:

Tired, but I can still fight if I need to. I just wanted to sit down for a rest and I thought we could watch each other's backs while we took a few minutes to catch our breath.

[Because at least that means they don't have to watch from all angles.]

Same here. There's so many of them.

[This is a lot more intense than he had imagined. Aang was right, they're strong and they just don't stop. For anything. And he definitely isn't going to argue about them watching each other's back.]

I've trained in the Battle Dome against large groups of them...but that's still only been for an hour at a time and in a simulation that will shut off if I pass out.

[She's glad to say that she at least delivered a lot of smackdown to the cultists during her first hour here, though, and she's been doing reasonably well since then.]

Not the same as the real deal at all. I think it helped, though.

[It's useful to know - especially when it comes to deciding how powerful the ones in the simulation are. She's been pushing herself to fight elites so she can hold her own against them if need be.]

I fought them once when they invaded Luceti, but this is my first time fighting them on a draft.

The last one was a little over a year ago. I wasn't drafted but my dad was. I know they got a lot more warning about it. Like...a day or two.

[It's hard to say how bad that draft actually was. Not only because her father's not the sort to share a lot of what's on his mind, but also because what's "easy" for him was brutal for most other people.]

I'm pretty sure this was an emergency situation. I don't trust the Malnosso much, but I do trust that they'd give us more notice so we could be well-rested and prepared to fight if they had the option.

From what I've heard from other people who've been on a few Drafts, this is abnormal.

[Not that it's great to be here to fight for the Malnosso, but at least the Malnosso are supposedly trying to get them home and provide them with food and housing in the interim.]

Worst wakeup ever. At least I've had the chance to punch plenty of people in the Third Party for making us all deal with that.
