This post is for the draftee-only portion of the Zompania draft--the day 3 death, time travel to day 1, and then the events until the arrival of the reinforcements. Be sure to use the above info post for any plotting needs you might have. Enjoy!

Please note that there is a specific top-level comment thread for:

Yosh! [And Lee starts to sprint off - but he won't be going too fast at first, to make sure Petra can catch up with him.]

[Wow, this guy might be even more energetic than Oluo... though much less arrogant about his strength, that was for sure.

As for keeping up, Petra's managing to do pretty well. She can't go much faster than she is, but she does have quite a bit of endurance from all the times she had to run laps during training. If only her instructors could see her now!]

Don't slow down just for me!

[He's more energetic than a majority of the multiverse.]

But we need the benefit of both of our eyes! Let us travel youthfully at the same speed!

Travel what--

[She doesn't have much time to try and figure out what exactly 'travel youthfully' means, spotting something in the near distance.]

Lee, something's over there, three o'clock.

Is it an enemy?!

[Lee says, as he dives straight at whatever's waiting in that direction.]

I think--Lee!

[What are you doing, just rushing out into an unknown situation?? That's certainly a dangerous way to go about things. But Petra's charging on after him, hoping that whatever it is will be caught off guard by the attack. There are a few of them ahead, Petra realizes as they get closer. Whatever they were, hopefully her training in the Battle Dome was about to pay off. ]

[What better way to assess a situation then to dive in headfirst? It looks like a relatively small group of Cultist soldiers.]

It is the enemy! [Already, he begins dipping and diving to avoid a winged soldier's blade.]

[Going in head first was a good way to get your head bitten off in Petra's opinion. But these aren't titans--they're something she's never really fought before. No looking back now, though, following after Lee with her swords drawn.]

I'll back you!

[Fight on foot with her gear was disadvantageous; as much as she hated to admit it, she'd have to rely on Lee's fighting skills to get them through this. That doesn't mean she's defenseless, quickly blocking the sword of another soldier with her own, the slashing forward with her other.]

[Who knows, maybe they'd try to bite his head off anyway. But luckily, nothing of that sort is attempted. Rather, Lee beats back the first enemy with a combination of punches and kicks.]

Do be careful, Petra-san! [He looks over to keep an eye on her as she's fighting, out of concern for how well she'll fare.]

Speak for yourself! [She hadn't been the one charging right in to an unknown situation, after all. For the time being, she's able to take care of herself. It's different to fight something fairly close to her size, but she's spent plenty of time training and readjusting to the change. It's a little weird when her weapons don't start steaming, but she'll leave cleaning for later, focusing instead on keeping at the soldier in front of her. It doesn't take much effort to take him down, getting lucky with a second striker at his chest. Provided the cultists don't start ganging up on her, she'll do pretty well.]

[Maybe he was, but a lot of the times that worked for him. And he at least had some experience with this enemy. He takes another glance to mae sure that Petra's okay, then he focuses his attention back on the enemy. Two Cultists try attacking him at the same time, and Lee has to show his speed to dodge their moves. He gives a one a kick to the face and then tries sweeping the other off her feet, but it won't be long before they're back up again.]
