This post is for the draftee-only portion of the Zompania draft--the day 3 death, time travel to day 1, and then the events until the arrival of the reinforcements. Be sure to use the above info post for any plotting needs you might have. Enjoy!

Please note that there is a specific top-level comment thread for:

• The day 3 arrival of the draftees and the 6 hours that follow until the bomb is dropped

If they're not going to talk after breaking a finger or two, they probably won't. They are fanatically devoted to their cause, after all.

...I'm almost wondering if bringing us back was the Malnosso's doing. I mean, normally if someone dies and they bring the person back, there's a penalty and it takes a week to revive. I wonder if their methods usually keep anyone from remembering...that experience.

[He paused for a moment. Honestly, it didn't matter to him long as he could take his vent on the cultist, fanatically or not.] A valid point, but that doesn't excuse them for trying to kill us, or getting us killed. [Yeah, he isn't quite sure how to put that experience.]

[He turned to her with a curious glance.] Do we have any updates on the book?

I don't know. I haven't checked. I don't know if they even work outside of the Luceti enclosure, to be honest.

[The Malnosso's technology is impressive, but it has to have its limits.]

[One way to find out. Seventeen pulls his book out from his bag to see if it's useful. Of course... his eyes gives it away when he see's one entry.]

I don't know whether to be glad that he saved us, or if I want to slap his smug, stupid face.

[She'll go with being glad that they were saved, though. With no dragon balls around, if he's saying death would be permanent, then there'd be no way to get home.]

I suppose we should be glad. [Even though someone's trying not to grind their teeth at the moment. This is why it's a lame joke. Granted he was told he will be revived when he gets home and still... lets just say words aren't enough.]

Yeah...the sooner we finish, the sooner we can go home. Well, not real-home, but Luceti-home, where there are showers and comfortable beds.
