This post is for the draftee-only portion of the Zompania draft--the day 3 death, time travel to day 1, and then the events until the arrival of the reinforcements. Be sure to use the above info post for any plotting needs you might have. Enjoy!

Please note that there is a specific top-level comment thread for:

• The day 3 arrival of the draftees and the 6 hours that follow until the bomb is dropped

Day 4

[Iroh similar to Loki was not looking the best, and had a very haunted look about his eyes. They are rather red, and you can see the tiredness in his face. Despite this, he soldiers on through it, and in some cases he seems to be reacting far more violently than one would believe, finishing off those Third Party members who were disabled with cold efficiency. ]

[Iroh isn't the only one taking a sort of refuge in ruthlessness. Loki's left the healers behind, because he simply does not want to have the time to think about what's happened. So he's hunting.

He comes across Iroh's skirmish and joins in, dispatching more of the Third Party members with his daggers. He slits throat and cuts off wings, not really taking as much care as normal to avoid injury.]

[Iroh cuts off an attack with a blast of lightning at a back opening that Loki had left. It was unusual to see him fighting as such. The man had always had a careful calculating way about him. Now it seemed as though he fought with more abandon then before]

[Loki throws one of his daggers at Iroh's current target and summons another to his hand. Then blocks a spear strike with his forearm; the spear's blade glances off his vambrace and catches against the joint in his armor. Enough to cut, though not deeply enough to be at all worrying. Loki bares his teeth, slides to the side, and buries a dagger hilt-deep in the cultist's neck.]

[Iroh dodges a spear strike, tripping and pushing the cultist to the ground and then proceeds to bath his wings in flame until the cultist stops moving. A nearby cultist makes a leaping strike at Iroh's exposed back, but is taken off guard as Iroh narrowly dodges the strike, and proceeds to open his mouth and fire comes out of it, burning his face. Without missing a beat, Iroh grabs the spear, spins it and stabs it through the cultists head.]

You aught to be more careful Loki. If you perish my gaming circle would greatly suffer.

[Though it is said in a joking manner, it is a little more forced than normal. It had been a difficult few days]

[Hah. But death isn't real here, not like that. Thor will be back in a week, right? So really, everything was just fine.]

I'd be back in a week. You can use the time to brush up on your strategy.

[Only it's an illusion that says those words, one that shatters at a spear strike from a cultist, and then Loki appears behind the enemy, dagger flashing to slit his throat.

He likes the fire breathing trick, by the way. If he were in a less dire mood, there might be jokes about the horrors that Iroh eats, to cause such indigestion. He's really not on his game right now.]
