This post is for the draftee-only portion of the Zompania draft--the day 3 death, time travel to day 1, and then the events until the arrival of the reinforcements. Be sure to use the above info post for any plotting needs you might have. Enjoy!

[He shoots an angered look back at Helios as he mutters to himself.] Blast it...

[He finally reaches the cannon, and without further ado, goes to put his fist through the thing. Only his fist doesn't go through it, it doesn't even get near it. It's met with a crack of electricity, the barrier around it flashing into view as it shocks the Saiyan, throwing him back as he screams in pain. Vegeta skids across the deck of the ship, landing not but a few feet from Helios.]

I...can't! The darn thing...it's being shielded by some kind of magic-!
