It's early morning in the quiet enclosure that will someday become Luceti. The sun is rising, birds are chirping in that annoyingly cheery way that makes you want to shoot them out of the trees, and the residents are beginning to wake up. Most of them are heading to work, either to farm, or to build, or to work the shops, or even just to prepare a nice breakfast for their families and neighbours. Everyone has something to do.

And then, out of nowhere, a couple hundred strangers show up in the middle of the woods.

At first there is confusion, and no shortage of caution, from the neighbours; newcomers are common enough, but usually they are announced beforehand, and never in such great numbers. The leaders of the town are called in to ask questions. The newcomers are free to explore, but any aggression will be met in kind; if need be, the Filial of the past will defend their homes. They're hoping it won't come to that, however. You're stuck with one another for a long time, after all.

Thankfully, there is one man who might be able to bring the natives and newcomers together: Tyr.

...And the other guy, maybe. We'll see.

B-but I-I don't know how- I don't even know where to begin!

[Well, this would give her something to do at least, but something tells her that she's not going to like it. She sighs. Might as well this said and over with.]

Wait for me! [She bolts after him.]

Do your best to reach me! [He'll slow down only a little as he jogs to the building.]

Oh archmages. [Karis may be quick on her feet, but there's no way she's ever going to match Lee's speed. Not unless she utilized a haste spell, but with this power cap, it probably wouldn't matter if she had one up or not.

She won't catch up until they're both at the building.] Phew, okay then. What now?

[Rock Lee is jogging in place as he waits for her.] We must head upstairs! That is where the work is going on!

[Why is she doing this. Siiiiigh.] Alright. [Probably too late to bail out now, might as well head into the building and upstairs!] Have you done this sort of thing before, Lee?

[And up the stairs I go!]

Occasionally! We ninja perform a variety of missions and sometimes that has included helping with construction efforts! Let's both do our best!

Aha, you may need to guide me on how this is done. [A sheepish smile spreads across her face.] Since, well, I-I'm not exactly familiar with construction. [Either old fashioned like this, or technological. Yeah, hooking up a few wires to some outlets is simple and a baby could do it, but actually putting things together like this? Nope. Not a clue.]

Of course! All it requires is hard work. I'm sure that you'll be used to it in no time! [He may not have much in the way of formal instruction himself.]

Just hard work huh? [She seems doubtful, but if it's that easy...]
