Reunion and Time Traveling Finale x2
Who: Everyone!
What: A continuation of the first log
When: November 20th and Onward technically, so basically whenever.
Where: Luceti enclosure
Summary: Who let all these New Feathers in here!? ...Wait, that guy's familiar...
Rating: May vary, as usual high ratings should be taken elsewhere
The previous log hit recaptcha, so for those who don't have appointment posts or just want to keep it in-game, here's a second log!

THEN (the feast): Haruhi was at the feast.
NOW: Since the feast, Haruhi's gotten just a bit more restless and just a bit more impatient. the Organization hasn't touched base with them about Christmas or about that last mission and... well, Christmas. They should organize a Secret Santa, right? That seems like it would be a good idea. She's been pondering this and going out of the barrier for a while, so any random person on the street might be assault with one of the following: ]
a) "Hey, you'd be interest in a Secret Santa, wouldn't you?"
b) "Are you going out of the barrier? Good! Then I'm going with you."
c) "You're strong, right? Come on, let's go to Excenn."
[ Or other possible options too. ]
Replying to the first log like the timely RPer I am.
[There's absolutely no mistaking who's giving that order, and on Haruhi's end, there's probably not much mistaking who let out that soft cry of delight.]
Welcome back!
Roger that boss
Super-glad Haruhi's back, btw. <3
haha glad to have her back tbh

THEN (the feast): Masaomi was at the feast.
NOW: Since the feast, and since the spring in his step abated from the initial joy he had for the world being comparatively fixed... Masaomi is a little listless, honestly. A part of him wants to pack it up and go out exploring out of the barrier, but another part of him doesn't want to leave Shikamaru (even if he's more or less recovered himself, now) or any of the returning people here in the barrier. He's also considering splurging some mission points. Do those even still work the same? He's tried to look into it but not gotten far yet.
Maybe he's just looking for something to do.
Yeah, that's it. And so, without much else to do, he settles for something simple, obvious: he decided to go around asking out girls on dates. So while he'll chat up dudes and girls he knows are taken, his goal is to find the ones he's at least pretty sure are single and see how far he can get. Why not, right? It'll be fun for him and hopefully them too.

THEN (the feast): Rin was at the feast.
NOW: Since the feast...
Rin caught a cold. He was working himself to the bone, no one could be surprised. As a result, while he did try to go into work or school if it's open with a face mask, the fact he was dozing off or spreading germs means he ultimately gave up on that and he's been resting himself in House 11. If any of his housemates are actually around they might seem him crawling around it being kinda miserable or Skarmy following him being kind of annoyed an impatient. You might also catch him on the journals with: ]
Anyone uh... [ COUGH ] Anyone wanna play video games or somefin?
[ Said with a stuffy nose, of course ]

Since Yuri is around now and there are more people she can throw Jonah at in the hopes of having him actually bond with people besides her, Judy will be on her own as much as with her son, enjoying some occasional breaks from solo motherhood and adventuring around town, trying to scout out what the old Luceti was like, and trying to come to terms with the conflict of her memories.
Also, she might sometimes be flying around on her cool whale bro, because why not.]

Giles also put in a (late) appearance at the Thanksgiving log over here.
Since then, Giles has been keeping himself busy. He's good at that, and the pleasant background insanity that is usually Luceti is still a massive step down from the middle of an apocalypse.
Among other places, he'll be making a stop by the library, of course. If you don't see him sitting at a table surrounded by three or four open books, you might see him dragging over a chair to stand on to retrieve this volume or that from a higher shelf. You might also see him dozing off, because he's still trying to adjust to a new sleep schedule. Or the need for one, as the case may be. Giles is also soon a frequent visitor at the Battle Dome, and the Barracks, where he's trying to figure out how to apply decades worth of training to an entirely different body. It's somewhat of a work in progress, and he's trying to avoid edged weapons in the meantime. And, of course, he can be found at the fountain, enjoying having his guitar in hand once more.
He also starts to slowly investigate contacting the local spirits once more, though mostly as a thought exercise as opposed to having any intention of making use of their magic any longer. Giles has developed some newfound hangups on the matter, but anyone he catches making use of spirit magic or attracting their attention will probably soon find themselves on the receiving end of some questions. As to anyone thinking of venturing outside the barrier, he'll...probably be tracking down anyone he overhears discussing the prospect, on or off the journals. Mostly to ask questions, rather than tag along. Giles is reckless, and relentlessly curious, but not suicidal.]
no subject
Yeah?
[She'll go with the subject change. Now that she knows who she's dealing with, she's not all that interested in how the change came about--unless it makes a good story. Now if there were dragons involved, she'd be definitely pestering him for more.]

Hope you don't mind all the threads, because I'm gonna be tagging him on the Thanksgiving log too!

Reunions are best celebrated WITH FOOD
Chili is preparing food for Ash and Cilan and anyone else in the Pokemon House, because c'mon, even if they're not super close, you're all living under the same roof!
Feel free to ask Chili what you'd like, he'll be cooking up a real feast! Pansear will be popping in and out of the kitchen to help too, maybe say hi, ask what's cooking, whatever!]

[She smiles, too sentimental and content for her own good. It's nice to have so many still here. It's nice to have come back — and now with a more peaceful society, at that. She can feel the tension lessened in this world. It's... good. She pats his arm.]
I suppose that's true. I'll have to trust you to remember for me, won't I?

One moment he had been just outside Konoha's gates, the next he found himself being dumped onto the cold, hard ground. There's a moment of panic as he realises he has wings before the memories come flooding back, of the months he had spent here before.
Wait, does that mean he left?! He doesn't remember leaving! How long had he been gone? Oh man, Mom and Dad are gonna be really worried. They were still here right? And everyone else?
Minutes later and he has already made it to the centre of the village, searching the shops for his clothes and possessions. Once dressed again, he rushes over towards his old house to see if anyone is there.]
((Feel free to bump into him either around the shops or at/on the way towards house number 20! Also, for anyone who met him before there is a rather obvious difference this time around: He is missing most of his right arm!))

Continued from the last log- Goku and Vegeta
[Only smirking back at his rival, he sets into his own fighting stance, no longer suppressing his ki as he flings himself at Goku, starting the fight. Punches and kicks thrown, power ups being accessed during the duration of the fight, it's truly something to spectate. The two fighters clash, eventually on Vegeta's end, he makes himself push himself to his limits in his second form, bio-lightning crackling over his body.
But he could go further, and now he'd finally get to use it.]
I'm not through with you yet, Kakarot. I've got one last trick up my sleeve.
[He's been having a ton of fun fighting Goku so far, and it's evident on his face.]
no subject
Oh? I figured you'd get to Super Saiyan 3 quickly, but I didn't think it'd be so soon! [He's still smiling after all of this - it's been a while since he's had a fight that was this evenly-matched.]

Oh, only when it's scared.
[Let's not mention the rampage through Blackthorn or the confrontation on a clock tower's face, okay.
Cilan, how could you leave these two alone?!] Pretty young, I think! But not much trouble, I think Gible's got a lot of potential! You know, I saw a mysterious Pokemon fly through thr sky the other day! I think it was a Dragon Type, it was long and green and flew like it was swimming upstream!
Open!
And so, Ralph in general has been settling back into this whole 'life sim' game. He's ended up setting up camp at House 37, where he lives with Vanellope, Rapunzel, Beast and some green-haired kid they took in who answers to Yotsuba.
Some general places to find him around the village: the item shop and the rec center (in both cases he's just checking the selection of video games), and the Battle Dome (where he hooks up the Sugar Race simulation for the kid again and tinkers with what other minigames he can bring into existence). He also eats at the bakery and Seventh Heaven.
At times, he the barefoot giant of man also be found wandering the village carrying a large sack. It's all full of candy and chocolate that he's trying to confiscate from the house and hide from the two little girls in particular. They have more than enough sugar as it is...]

And now, Jade continues to quietly adjust to this new Luceti. And to having the Professor around again. General places where can be found: the tea shop, the library, the Battle Dome and the item shop. He'll also be at House 1. Though he's typically confined himself to his workshop to conduct research, he'll be hanging around the house in general more often. Maybe even striking up some conversation!]

Now that he's settled in a a bit more chill about being back and alive, Zack is happily trying to re-insert himself into the life he had before. He splits his attention between three different activities more than anything else, though the usual wander-socializing is still very much a thing:
1) bullying himself back onto the bar staff and serving people there while he tries to remember how to mix everything properly
2) messing around with the Battle Dome and creating new battle programs and simulations of his world
3) chocobo-hunting. He's pretty sure he had one here at one point, so they must be around, right? Yes.]

Aside from the above, Asch is basically self-hermiting again. He's angry, he doesn't want to be here, and he certainly doesn't want to deal with a whole lot of people he should not have to deal with anymore, dammit. Dead is supposed to be dead. Not... this. Perpetual death in a bubble created by unsympathetic scientists who promise a lot and give nothing but grief. There's no peace in this place. And Asch is too proud to admit that the whole prospect of... being here again is depressing the hell out of him.
So he is at home. With his cat. He's borrowing heavily from the library and keeping his door shut and pretending that he can ignore everything outside of it until the world ends or something. There are certain people he can't avoid and certain people he won't turn away, but for the most part? Go away.]

Tea's fine. Whatever you have.
[Really, any sort of drink would be great for her. Stella had something earlier at Good Spirits, and that was a blessing on its own, seeing how she hasn't had a pleasant drink in years. Even tea sounds like a godsend.
Of course, her attention is drawn to the cat first. She smiles and creeps toward him, then kneels down, though even with her attempt to be quiet, Tsuae lifts his head to regard her anyway. With a smile and a quiet "hello", Stella reaches her hand out to let the cat inspect her, and quietly marvels over the fact that this is the first time in ages she's come in contact with any kind of animal, let alone a cat.]

Yup. Nothing to see here. Just one Milly Thompson -now Wolfwood really- getting forty winks in underneath a tree in the forest as though everything's completely hunky dory and she hasn't been gone for two years, give or take.
Someone get her some pudding. And a jacket.]
no subject
Besides, they need to restock. Vash is a vacuum.
When he sees Milly, he thinks he must surely be hallucinating it. But then — yeah, no, rubbing his eyes doesn't change anything. He's smiling before he's even crossing the area in a swift walk. When he crouches down in front of her to study her face, he reaches out and then hesitates outright. What if she forgot she liked him? Married him? Had a kid with him? His stomach twists with uncertainty, and he clears his throat.]

For a long time, this world had been home. Not only to Pepper of course, which is what prompts her next action. There are countless people she could ask after, friends as dear as family, but one name comes first. It always does, and even as the strange realization that she's forgotten it's a name that she shares washes over her, she still manages to send out a filtered message over the journal.]
Tony? Are you here?
[The transmission holds, so she takes that as a positive sign. She wants to meet with him first, reorient herself to this world and once more see where they stand in terms of memories. So many things have changed back home, and she touches her neck, half-expecting to feel a particular pendant there. It isn't, as that's how Luceti works, but hopefully the Item Shop will have pulled that particular object from home.
One stop of many after she meets up with Tony and changes out of the New Feather dress. Of course her art gallery would be up there, although Pepper supposes it isn't so much hers any more. Seventh Heaven, Good Spirits, the Battle Dome: some places she remembers more fondly than others, but all are necessary stops as she reorients herself. While certain memories still hold, others seem blurred, less clear when she tries to think of them. She wants to get herself straight, not to mention see who else is still around after all this time.]
no subject
In addition to that, here's some more current stuff: when he's not busy trying to make his interactions with his son less awkward (or just busy watching over him while Judith takes a much deserved break), Yuri can be found wandering around town, trying to spot as many differences between this Luceti and the one he remembers - especially now that things seem to have calmed down. Compared to last time, at least, he'll actually look like he's trying to find something this time, and not as if he's just blundering around in a somewhat confused state like before.
Yuri can also be found at the battle dome, trying to relearn how the dang console works. Fun times.]
no subject
[She shakes her head.]
They weren't the ones who brought us here in the first place. They never had control over that. And since we're still here, it's obvious that they haven't figured out how to fix that either, even with the war not in the way of it.
My suspicion in what's brought about all the recent arrivals is that it's a similar side effect of when we experienced that earthquake. The new arrival cycles have been very small in recent months, even before that last draft... and then, after a major shift that was meant to create the time that we're in now -- with surprisingly little changes as far as we know in regards to the world itself despite the war not being a factor?
[Sorry, Yuri, this is probably overwhelming, but she's gathering her own thoughts on the subject in a way as she weighs the possibilities. ... And frankly seeing Yuri is enough to remind her of one of the last big deals he had been dragged back into the world for.] There's... definitely some connection. And now those of us who experienced those events before it was changed... are another anomaly on this world.

[He settles in on the bench and waits for her to get her food. When she speaks, he raises an eyebrow and leans in a little, unable to hide his curiosity.]
Like what?
[He hasn't gotten the chance to compare his own recollection with that of anyone else. He's curious if the things they remember will line up or if her memories have anything in common with the "new" history.
For all he knows, he could be the one who's wrong.]
no subject
[She almost shrinks to her own food. After having spent time in the cold, she doesn't mind Eferin doesn't warm it up.]
I... think I was busier in here, but at the same time not. Unhappy in different ways, whenever if it was due to... there being little to do, [Not knowing how to mention she thrives on war.], and on memories that somehow feel wrong.
But in all of that... I still remember the people here with clarity. It's maybe one of the only solid ones.

Things have changed since you were away -- as I'm sure you noticed. Besides the crowds, there are changes to the journals from what I know this world's events to be.

[There's a small smile in return. He doesn't know where it comes from but it warms him. To be compared to her friend. He has a feeling this friend is someone he'd want to be compared to.]
You did. You did so much. [The absolute truth.] Back then, on the drafts and the missions, you were an integral part of their success.
You were one of the big reasons why the village got through some of the harder times.
[But it had all been rewritten and all evidence was now left to memory, a flimsy thing. And it was a better world.
And here is the sacrifice for it.
So he wants her to know that she did do things, important good things. That she mattered, even if her contributions seemed to be erased.

[Now: Things are looking up for Luke. Before, he was just... living, trying to live the second life he was given after it was taken away back home. Now, it's easier. The people who were all so important to him are back in his life, new friends and old... love, love so strong that he could never forget it, even though he'd tried to move past it without much success.
Before, it was hard to get out of the house just to face the day. It was easier to stay in bed, though he could usually be talked out of it pretty easily. But now... Well, now it's not as hard. He has more excuse to be out and about, wondering if anyone else may come along, smiling when he sees a familiar face once more.
He's even taken up something he'd abandoned months and months ago; piano playing. He's a bit rusty at first, but it's pretty easy for him to get the hang of it again. So he sits in Seventh Heaven every day for about an hour, playing what he knows and practicing new things.
Things are looking up. And, with the things that are on his mind, they may turn even brighter in the future.]
no subject
[Now: Stella's been spending more time outside of the house than in it, something she feels a little guilty about. But... it's hard, living there with a daughter who doesn't want much to do with you. She tries, of course, tries her best to be included in Sophie's life. Sometimes, though... it just gets to be too much. She's only seventeen, after all.
Really, there's a sense of solace at the bakery. The feast was fantastic, and cooking for it had ignited a passion that she hadn't felt for a while. Rapunzel doesn't need help, of course, but Stella still likes to use the ovens to make bread, cookies, pie, rolls, whatever else. It's hard to live on Melfes and not have some sort of fondness for baking, after all, and Stella often leaves with several baskets of goods to share.
And... sometimes, she can be found sitting at the fountain and playing on the phone that Cloud gave her, either one of the apps that are on it or turning it around to take a picture of someone. She's still trying to figure out how to take said pictures without letting her thumb or fingers get in the way; picture taking isn't exactly a thing she did back in her world.]

Bothering me about what I don't remember? Well, it was annoying early on back before I got used to it. I remember occasionally getting annoyed when there was that knowing realisation in the back of people's minds that they neeeever quite voiced but still were thinking. Yeah.
At least you came out and said it. See, I appreciate that, even though I still wasn't happy about the test.
[He faux-pouts at that one.]
No, I'm not really bothered by it. It's just... strangely different.
I think what's weird is that I don't really have a goal to work toward any longer. It's the first time in a long time where there wasn't something to do.
