Who: Arietta and open search party.
What: Searching for Arietta, who is currently stuck in the forest in the rain.
When: After Arietta's third entry.
Where: Forest.
Summary: Why are humans so nice? Arietta didn't know. People who didn't know her wanted to help her out of her 'wet' situation.
Rating: PG
Arietta only knew she was in the forest. In the time she arrived here, she had met a couple of people, but only over her communication device. At least Van was around... someone she still trusted. Sync showed up and wanted to find her... and so did about three other people. The liger girl didn't understand. Were humans always this nice... so welcoming?
Either way, she had been caught in the rain and it didn't look like it was going to let up any time soon. The girl was wet from head to toe standing under a tree. She didn't have the time to look for shelter, so this tree would do for now.
And so, the young girl would wait considering there wasn't much else she could do.

Flipping open his book as he looked about him, Tir scanned the pages where he'd been talking to the girl. In another of the conversations she'd introduced herself as Arietta.
The raindrops fell on the book and he shut it before it could get any wetter. Instinctively, he spread his wings about his shoulders to ward off the rain; it was an instinct he hadn't realized he'd had, and the knowledge made him slightly uncomfortable. Walking on into the woods, Tir looked around for any sign of a person having gone past. There would be little luck there, though- to attempt to track someone in this whether would be difficult, even for him.
'Arietta,' he called out, wondering if he'd receive an answer.

Squinting through the rain and sloshing through puddles, she headed for the forest. Nobody should have to be lost outside in weather like this; with so many trees around, a thunderstorm could be even more dangerous for someone in the forest.

That wasn't the smartest choice.

He thought he saw someone else moving through the forest and made his way forwards. 'Are you...' he asked, when he reached the woman. White dress though she may have been wearing, she hardly seemed helpless. 'You're looking for Arietta as well?'
[ ooc; I assume we're doing in Tir-Sheena-Arietta order until someone else joins in? ]

"...Arietta? Is that her name? She didn't tell me." Sheena nodded. "Yeah, I'm looking for her."
Though she had no way of knowing this, she agreed with his thoughts - this storm was far from normal. Another crash of thunder overrode her next words; she waited for it to pass before trying again.
"Who're you?"

Allen started out from his house, wandering into the forest nearby. He knew that Arietta was in there somewhere, but... that was all he knew. Perhaps it was a bad idea to simply wander in, hoping to find her, but he had no better plans.
Soon enough, he was hopelessly lost.
"Arietta!" Allen resorted to calling, his voice lost to a peal of thunder. "Aaariiiiieeeeeettaaaaaa!"

He looked around, wondering which way to continue in. Arietta had said something about being under a tree. In a forest like this, looking for just one tree out of many seemed a near impossible task. With two people instead of one, though, it would perhaps be easier to achieve. The rune bearer had started forwards, staff in hand, when the woman spoke.
Who're you?
In reply, Tir shrugged, the faintest hint of a smile on his lips. 'Scholtenheim Reinbach IV.'
He would have said more, before he thought he heard someone else- a male voice, this time- call out. 'Let's go,' Tir nodded, moving forwards towards where the voice had come from.
[ No problem. we'll just continue taking turns, then. Uh, I guess? And hopefully they find Arietta soon. ]

Her wings drooped almost painfully from the weight of the water; the muscles in her back and shoulders twitched every so often in protest. The wings did remind her of something, though - something Lloyd had said.
"Not that this weather is any good for it, but...if the animals really do talk here, they might be able to help us. If...we can find any."

Tyki was there and Lavi was--
But he couldn't think about that right now. His job was to find Arietta, and do so quickly. The sooner he brought her back, the sooner he could check on Lavi. He reminded himself that Lavi was right; he was safe inside, and Tyki was nowhere near. They hadn't yet set a date for the fight, so there was some time yet.
...If he could find Arietta. And the way out of the stupid forest. And through half the village.
Taking a deep breath, Allen tried again. "AAAAARIIIIIIEEEEEETTAAAAAAAAAAAA?"

Sending a glance over to where the woman was, he noted she was keeping up well enough with him. Something about the way she moved reminded him of a few people he'd known once, the ninjas of Rokkaku. Was she-?
As the rain seemed to intensify further, Tir shook his head slightly. There were better times to ask questions like that. Looking up as he heard another yell some distance away, Tir found a small path through the trees and headed forwards, finally spotting a person standing below them and moving towards him.

Once again she cursed her lack of any sort of weapon. She was more than decent with just her hands and feet, of course, but in the rain, and with the soreness and exhaustion that came from having 'new wings,' she felt unsteady.
"Who's there?"

...Though said people didn't appear to be entirely friendly.
"Ah, don't mind me!" Allen gave a nervous grin, putting up his hands protectively. His eye remained normal, at least; they were not Akuma, not that he expected them to be. Malnosso? From his position, he couldn't tell. He supposed he was thankful that his Innocence, unlike the rest of his companions', was still working, but how well and for how long? "I'm just... ah... looking for someone. I'll be going now!"

'Arietta?' Tir questioned, smiling faintly as he stretched out a hand to the person. 'We're looking for her too.' So that made three of them in the forest now, seeking the girl. Hopefully they'd find her soon, too. This whether was hardly one that he enjoyed being out in. All three of them were drenched by the rain.
'Do you remember where you've searched?' he asked. 'If you do, we could narrow down the places we've been so that we can find her.'

"Uh...is there a way either of you could...make light, maybe?" Obviously, fire was out of the question, but as far as she knew magical light was still somewhat possible.

"Ah... I have no idea." Allen smiled sheepishly as he took the other boy's hand. He scanned their surroundings, frowning. Truth be told, he had no idea where they were, much less where he had been before. In every direction, there seemed to be trees, and trees, and... did he mention the trees?
There seemed, however, to be a path behind him. Key word being "seemed", mind. "I think I came from that way?"
At least there was one thing he could do. "Er, please don't be alarmed. I can make some light."
Hoping he didn't shock the other two into attack or whatnot, he took a few steps back, murmuring, "Innocence, activate!" and waiting as his arm grew into a claw, a green glow surrounding his shoulder where it joined with his body.
It wouldn't be very big or strong, and he couldn't hold it for very long, but at least it would provide them with some sort of light.

There was no call for such a thing, though. His gaze flicking to the path the boy had indicated, Tir made a note of it and where it was likely to lead to. Directions seemed to help little in this place, but he had a good idea of where he'd come from and how the rest of the forest was. It helped that he'd been out fishing a time or two before, as well.
The light that was coming from the arm seemed none too strong to his eyes. For a moment, Tir wondered if this magic had also been weakened, as he'd felt his Rune's to have been. 'That direction, then,' he nodded, indicating an area of the forest which none of them had searched yet. 'She's most likely in that area, I think.'

With a nod, she headed in the indicated direction. They needed to find Arietta soon - if she was already this cold and tired, the other girl must be feeling ten times as bad. Sheena noticed something else, too: a slight downhill slope of the gound beneath them. They were headed for lower ground, not higher, and the last thing they needed was some sort of flood, surrounded by trees.

Walking with the other two, Allen kept his eyes peeled for any sign of Arietta. With his Innocence lighting the path, he could only hope that she would see them first if they walked by her.
((OOC: I'm sorry for not replying earlier. I completely forgot that I didn't. ._.))

The girl had woken up some time ago and nothing had changed. She was still alone, drenched in water, and now, the nearby river she has been near was flooding. So in the sitting position, she was up to her waist in water. And that was never a good thing. But luckily she was near a tree. Arietta climbed up it and decided to wait there for.... whoever would find her.
