When: April 25th-26th, though the earlier set-up days (22nd, 23rd, and keeping everything dry on the 24th) are also encouraged to help get a feel for it
Where: All around the town square

Note: Booths can be labeled as separate comments! Just put [booth name] or something in the subject line so people can find top level comments easier. Work was probably started for it on the 22nd-23rd for labor purposes, sheltering things from the weather on the 24th, and the actual Fair is on the 25th-26th, so using any of those dates and figuring out where your characters are helping would be good. CHARACTERS ARE WELCOME TO TAG THE LOG FOR INTERACTING WITH OTHERS, NOT JUST BOOTHS, SO FEEL FREE TO TAG IN! Also a character who might not know what's going on is welcome to walk by and question it! And so forth.

I'll leave the descriptions up to you all as there probably isn't much that is too uniform about the displays, as everyone is encouraged to be creative about it. Think of it as something on a much smaller scale than the festival from a year ago, definitely, but how hard the characters worked isn't something I could define for each of you. That said there are plenty of unique sights, so enjoy browsing! Thank you!

[Aang eventually makes his way to this booth and is quickly fixated on Noishe. He will try to pet this strange not-dog. He also has an apple on his person.]

Hey there boy! Are you some kind of fox-hound?

Hello Aang. [The animal will look at him, tilting his head to the side, and make a soft sound.]

Actually, Noishe is a Protozoan, currently in an Arshis form.

[And he had thought Suicune was a weird enough name...]

Hi, Professor Sage! Noishe is from your world? [He looks back at Noishe] Nice to meet ya, buddy!

[wise_maiden]

Yes, that's right. Did you have any questions about him?

Hm. [He puts in about five seconds of thought.]

Can I ride him?

[wise_maiden]

Hm. We'll have to see how he feels about that. You are still a stranger to him, after all.

[savedtheworld]

Yeah, you're right. I can tell he's a really smart animal, like my sky bison. [He takes out his apple, which he hasn't touched yet.] Does Noishe like apples?

[wise_maiden]

He's fairly receptive to a lot of things. Why don't you offer it and see?

[He nods at Raine, then he holds out the apple to Noishe with a friendly smile.] Want some?

[wise_maiden]

[Noishe will at first back away, then whine, then move forward to sniff at the apple, then lick it. And then take a huge bite out of it. ]

[Aang was let-down by Noishe's initial reaction, but he then beamed after Noishe took his bite.] There you go! You like that, buddy?

[wise_maiden]

[Aang may not be able to see it from there, but Noishe is wagging his tail now.]

He seems pleased enough to me.

Great!

[He reaches out to pet Noishe's head.]

Let's be friends.

If you'd like, maybe you could come by the stable to visit him every once in a while. If he gets used to you, he may even be okay with you eventually riding him.

[Aang was used to not having the animal's exact permission all the time back home, but all the animals from different worlds have led him to consider respect more often. Especially when it came to particularly intelligent-looking creatures. Aang is excited at her news, and he hops into the air a few times.]

Really? Thanks, Professor Sage! That'd be great!

[wise_maiden]

All right. Just let me know whenever you want to visit with him.

[savedtheworld]

Definitely!

[He gave Noishe a smile and another pet on the head] It was nice meeting you, Noishe!

[Then, facing Raine] This was really nice, Professor Sage. I'll see you at school! [He leaves the rest of the apple for Noishe.]

All right. Have fun, Aang.

[Noishe wags his tag happily again.]
