It's early morning in the quiet enclosure that will someday become Luceti. The sun is rising, birds are chirping in that annoyingly cheery way that makes you want to shoot them out of the trees, and the residents are beginning to wake up. Most of them are heading to work, either to farm, or to build, or to work the shops, or even just to prepare a nice breakfast for their families and neighbours. Everyone has something to do.

And then, out of nowhere, a couple hundred strangers show up in the middle of the woods.

At first there is confusion, and no shortage of caution, from the neighbours; newcomers are common enough, but usually they are announced beforehand, and never in such great numbers. The leaders of the town are called in to ask questions. The newcomers are free to explore, but any aggression will be met in kind; if need be, the Filial of the past will defend their homes. They're hoping it won't come to that, however. You're stuck with one another for a long time, after all.

Thankfully, there is one man who might be able to bring the natives and newcomers together: Tyr.

...And the other guy, maybe. We'll see.

[Arrival]

[Rock Lee has his usual green jumpsuit and his flak jacket, along with an oversized backpack he sometimes wears, which is filled with rations, a few small ninja weapons and possibly a few other miscellaneous Lee items.

He is more gung ho in his approach. He speeds through the forest, hopping from tree to tree, and when he finds people he greets them loudly.]

I HAVE JUST ARRIVED IN THIS WORLD!

[Cover stories, he has them. One can find him in a relatively peaceful situation where he's trying to sell his story to a confused Lucetia. Or, one can find him in a less unfortunate circumstance, where his antics have sprung a misunderstanding and a fight is brewing.]

[CH2 and Beyond]

[Rock Lee ends up staying on the first floor of Community House 2! Roomed with Jean, to boot. Every afternoon, he will try to strongarm anyone nearby into helping with construction of the upper floors. The power cap doesn't really apply to him, so he's doing his best to help out. He may need some help adjusting to using some of the construction tools, however...

Otherwise, he can be seen making his way around town, jogging around as relentlessly as usual. He'll be looking for people who seem to be struggling, especially with the power cap. He will also be seen helping out in hunting parties!]

[During their Arrival, Tharja had planned to be alone, studying things in private and -

Oh Naga dammit she heard him in the trees. WHY IS HE HERE. WHY IS HE ALWAYS HERE. Tharja isn't much of a runner but now she's doing her best to go in the opposite direction.]

[Unfortunately... Rock Lee has not found his sense of direction yet. So he's zipping into random other directions every other minute, and so as Tharja attempts to flee he ends up heading towards her - and spotting her.]

Ah! Tharja-san! [He calls out to her while jumping between trees.] Good morning!

[yaydanger]

[Ah, nuts.]

... Rock Lee. I'd ask what you're so cheery about, but I guess the reason would be something ridiculous.

[Then he runs down the side of a tree to approach her!]

Ah... At the moment, I am pleased to see you Tharja-san, and that you are well! [Because clearly that was as good as actually asking him.] I suppose that I am also excited by this secret mission!

[Oh this is like a train wreck...

Rikku spots him when he seems to not be getting along so well with a few people, and she just can't look away. She won't get in the way though unless something really starts to happen

[There's a bird-man trying to explain to his peers how this weirdo bumped into him from nowhere.]

I apologize! But if you would all like to brawl, I would definitely appreciate the training experience! Don't be afraid to hit me with everything you have!

[He's picking a fight with normal people...

Lee will randomly hear someone yell "Today is a bad day for fighting!" And if he looks at Rikku, she's looking away like nothing happened.]

Really? Then please let me know when a better day will be! [Then he looks up and does manage to spot her! And doesn't seem to notice her looking away.]

Ah, Rikku-san! You are here too!

Beyond!

[Karis was exploring the village for the afternoon, and after seeing that her apartment didn't exist yet, she'd go around and possibly scout for homes that she might try to take residence in. Though it was unlikely.

Unfortunately she was already bored from looking for a place, and remains near the square, rolling one of her marbles around in the palm of her hand. Bored and doing nothing? Seems like the perfect candidate for helping with construction!]

[Rock Lee dashes up to her and points dramatically!]

Karis-san! Your feet are on the ground, hopefully so is your heart! To be idle in your youth... It would be too sad!

What? [This is rather...dramatic.]

Well, yes, they are? [She looked down at her feet, yup, gravity likes her again, that's for sure, but her heart? No idea.]

What do you mean that it would be sad? [She looks back up with a rather confused look. Lee you're not making sense.]

It is a tragedy to be so still! Karis-san... You absolutely must come and put yourself to work, for the good of us all!

[Arrival] VEGETA WILL PROBABLY TRY TO DITCH LEE SO THIS MIGHT NOT BE LONG BUT

[Today's victim of strongarming is Eighteen. And actually, the amount of strongarming was surprisingly minimal. Even at a mere sliver of her usual power, Eighteen is still impressively strong. And the construction tools aren't even as alien after helping fix those other enclosures and all.

... And don't tell anyone but it feels good somehow to be useful.]

[And Lee admires that strength so much! He is working with a hammer - the only tool so far he's been able to use efficiently - but he takes a moment to watch her in action.]

Ah... You are doing very well, Eighteen-san! I respect your work ethic!

[tsundroid]

[Eighteen takes a moment to straight up, a bandana over her hair and a brow cocked upward.]

I'm just bored and this isn't quite as boring as just sitting.

Well, you know what they say about less boring! It's one step closer towards... hot blooded excitement! [He smiles and flashes a thumbs up at her.]

[Jean agrees to help with the construction alongside Lee, looking for ways to make himself useful as he wonders what the hell is so important that all of them had to be dragged back in time. His experience with carpentry is limited to the times he was made to help his dad as a kid and minor repair work he'd done as a trainee, but at least he's got something underneath his belt, and there are plenty of more experienced workers on site to point him in the right direction.

Rock Lee is probably not one of them, however. Having just finished nailing down a piece of the third floor's skeleton, he turns to see how his new roommate (again) is doing.]

You're supposed to hold it like this. [And he demonstrates on his own hammer.]

[Lee awkwardly tries to grope the hammer in the same position.] Ah... Are you sure? How can I deal strong damage like this?

You're not trying to damage anything, you're trying to build it!

That's true! But then, how can this build? Please explain everything to me, Jean-kun! And try to use cool words!
