Who: Frontliners, Infiltrators, Kidnappees (See here for info)
What: The attack on the base!
When: October 11th (all day)
Where: Renegade Malnosso Facility
Rating: Varies on thread!
It had been over twenty-four hours since the infiltration. The Malnosso were notorious for their long work hours, many pulling twenty hour shifts at any given time. Fortunately, each department had its share of private resting areas with beds to allow the overworked staff - or infiltrators - get some much needed shut eye between tasks. But now there allies were arriving. All the information they had gathered and sabotaged planned was about to go into play. Would they be successful?
As for the kidnapped, John's pill was finally starting to cancel out the effects of the drugs. Already brighter and more alert than before, it would soon be time for their escape and either flee or help their comrades storm the building.
The front line attackers had met with their strategist before the battle and were now positioned in the forested area around the facility, out of sight and mind for the Malnosso inside. All they needed was the sign to attack from their person inside.
----
OOC Notes: Note that when the front liners attack, security checkpoints and Shifting should be disabled. For those curious about Floor 3, there is still no access to it. HOWEVER, there is no longer a Shift protecting it. If any character is reckless or foolish enough to access it, do so while considering the possibility of your character being seriously injured (or even killed!) in what ensues.
To recap: read Albert's OOC marching orders. Security guards are armed with short swords, night sticks, and hand guns. Most have normal human abilities, but higher ranked guards in high security areas will be highly skilled and may possess some amount of superhuman strength and speed. The Malnosso droids/drones all possess superhuman strength and speed. Since everyone is at full power, they are at 'half strength' relative to what people are used to. Brute strength and strong electrical attacks will be effective on them. It's also possible the infiltrators will keep most of them from ever activating to respond to the attack. They are not invincible and with enough effort, people should be able to handle them.
Note: Thanks to the infiltrators, most of the drones have been disabled and won't activate during the alarm. A small number will be present, but no more than twenty at the most.
Finally, going back to Floor 3, there will be a separate thread within the log for that. If someone attempts to enter it after the battle, I'll setup the scenario there for people to interact with.

It's alright.
[And after a moment more to test her shoulder, this seems to be at least true enough to say.]

She glances between them and - shooting Ami a grateful look, heads straight towards--] Sokka!

[Uh. Happy as he is to see her, he's gonna be standing there, not even moving. No hugging back at all. He's kind of scared to move and hurt her.]

What's wrong?
no subject
I just don't want to uh. Accidentally crush you or anything. We should get moving. Ami, Katara. Katara, Ami. So you've met. Ready to go?
no subject
We have to get back before more droids come.

[What the heck happened to his sword? She reaches back to put her hand on Sokka's sword's hilt, strapped to her back, in order to give it to him.] But you're right, we should get going. The hallway I just came through is clear.
[And then she turns her head to look at Ami, her gratitude plain in her gaze.] Thank you.
no subject
Wait, wait. You sent her to find me? [Sure, it's nice she cares, but come on! So demeaning. Especially sending someone who may or may not actually be evil.]
no subject
It's not like that. She was just worried about you. Come on, we have to hurry.
no subject
Yeah, let's get out of here. This place gives me the creeps.
no subject
Uh, ladies first.

What was that?

I... seem to have gotten stronger here. A smidge. [You know what? He'll go first. Heading on our first. As he exits into the hallway leading to the main lobby, he notices a few guards and a scientist frozen to the wall. Huh, good job Katara.]

[...seriously, Malnosso? You did this in a day? Man, she went too easy on you.
In fact, the squirming scientist gets a glare the ice pinning him to the wall tightened completely unnecessarily.]
no subject
[He winces sympathetically as the scientist suddenly cringes. Yeah, they're jerks, but he's strangely somewhat sympathetic.]

[And - coming to the end of the corridor now. This area was clear when she walked through it - just a few more frozen guards pinned to the walls - will it have remained clear?]
no subject
[It seems so! Which is good, because Sokka would rather not accidentally punch a hole in some guy's chest.]
I can see the outside! Let's get out of here!

[Katara rushes after them, glancing up in the corners - just in case.]
no subject
[Sokka is keeping an eye out and sticking to places where he can easily duck to cover. Unfortunately the front lobby entrance is all glass. That leaves them fairly exposed.]
We might need another way out.
