I don't know about you, but I've already braided my hair twice today. [ he twirls one of the plaits at Jack to reiterate this very important fact. ] Used to do it a lot when I lived with my girl. No amount of practice can prepare you for braiding your own hair -- not that you seem to have much trouble with it usually.

I don't bother doing hair-type things, as a rule. Easier to just let the hair follow its own will, adding things here and there what one finds and might need to keep safe.
