[Kohaku will be doing the only things she's allowing herself to do when she's outside..which would be watching over those who can't fight, and healing the people who get hurt.

But at any loud noises, or just plain creepy noises, anybody near her will see flinch.

Nope, it's not going to be long before she officially freaks out.]

[On the first day at least, Flandre is doing a good job at staying right next to Kohaku. She can't see, and is thus practically glued to her side most of the time. But where Kohaku flinches, the vampire attempts to glance after the source of the noise, chirping curiously.]

[Kohaku sees no problem with having someone stuck to her as long as she's not anchored down, but there will be no explanations to those noises unless asked. And probably even then, she'll be quiet.]

[This is all fine and dandy! Until something, real or imagined, brushes her foot unexpectedly. Then the vampire abruptly springs up and into Kohaku's arms with a little yelp.

...oh, and then tells her.]

[BAD IDEA. Magic back or not, Kohaku can't hold someone up, so they'll be on the ground in seconds.]

[Flandre goes tumbling away! And briefly flails her arms around like a turtle when she comes to a stop on her back. Can't seeeee.]

Something grabbed my foot!

[She stops flailing when she hears Kohaku's voice nearby.]

[Well now she feels silly.

After a moment she reaches out to where she thinks Kohaku is, by the sound of her voice--lolipire wants to stand! Instead of lying about like an overturned turtle.]

[She makes doubly sure she has Kohaku's arm--with both hands!--before she tries to stand. Flandre's not terribly heavy, though.

When she does get to her feet, she shakes her wings out a little bit. And then looks up at her guardian/charge/not-quite-sure, though she overshoots just a little bit.]

[Though she's just a bit unsure--that was what you said, right? Right.

...she's not letting go of Kohaku's hand, though.]

[Don't worry Kohaku! Even if the fighting scares you, you'll be very helpful still! At least Vash will think so as he comes stumbling up with a rather nasty gash at his right shoulder.

It sucks to be a good healer, but horrible about seeing blood.]

[Right now Vash has his hand pressed up against it, trying to stop the bleeding. HE'S SO SORRY HE'S BLEEDING AND UPSETTING YOU! D8 He's trying so hard to stop it on his own!

But when he spots you looking rather unhappy about this blood he'll manage a friendly smile to try to put you at ease.] Ah, it's okay. It's not so bad. It didn't hit bone or anything, so it's really not as bad as it looks.

[Well, he's going to want to...because for a few good minutes, he'll feel pretty dizzy.

Vash will have a nice warm light go into his shoulder as she summons up one strong healing spell, and he'll be nicely healed in a minute or two.]
