Summary: People in Luceti wake up as something they weren't before. An elf, a gremlin, a vulcan, or perhaps a mermaid? Try living in someone else's shoes... if they can even wear those.
Rating: Not recommended for those with weak constitutions, raging hormones, shipping goggles, or people just too cool and attractive for this kind of thing.

[.... This child looks kind of familiar. But that stare is making him uncomfortable. Though, it is also kind of familiar.]

I'm fine. [He shakes his head, snapping himself out of his staring.] You're a Winger.

Am I? [He'd never seen one in person, but he'd read about them in books. It was the first thing he'd though of when he woke, but-

That's right. [He'd never seen a Winger this close up before. And seeing one while this height is sorta intimidating.] How are you faring, Prince?

I'm ok, though I must admit this change is quite awkward. Yourself?

[Shuffling a bit to try to find a proper way to lay his feet again.]

[Albert notices the added focus on the feet, mostly because Frey's new haunches are pretty much just below eye level.] I'm fine. I was just heading to the clothing store.

[None of his shoes fit anymore. It's extremely uncomfortable for him to be walking around like this.] That's good to hear. Would you mind if I joined you? My clothes aren't exactly designed for these changes.

Certainly. [He can only imagine how Frey's gonna find a pair of pants that'll fit and not tear apart.] I have a feeling many others will be visiting the clothing store this week.

[He starts walking towards the store, trying to be careful with his oversized clothes.]

Thank you. [The pants he is wearing were already ripped up, he'd rather not wreck more of them. And just forget the shirt, the back is totaled. He's not quite sure how to work around that one. The wings are far too big.

He'll follow Albert, being careful not with his clothes but his steps.]

Do you have any idea how wingers make their clothes?

Not really, no. I imagine the pants must give in some way for their ... clawed feet. [His eyes wander back down to Frey's feet as he mentions them.]

Perhaps they are more flexible with their wings and feet than you currently have control of?

Buttoned clasps, maybe? [Eying his torn pants thoughtfully.] I do hope so. I ruined my window this morning when I stretched, so more control would be... nice.

[He raises his eyes back up to Frey's face at the admission.] Your window? Did you injure yourself?

I tore one of the wings a bit. [nodding to the now scabbed over wound on the upper part of one of the wings.] I used rune magic to close it. They seem to still be working even if my body has changed, which is a good thing.

I would hope your runes wouldn't be affected by an experiment shift. It's just another worry when you are already caught off guard. [He looks thoughtful, walking in front of Frey and pushing the clothing store door open.]

It really is. I'm glad, though. I'd rather not lose them here in Luceti.

[He'll smile politely at him opening the door.] Thank you.

[After that, he'll awkwardly fold his wings and duck in the door after him, though still manage bumping the very tips as he enters.]

You are welcome. [Albert nods as he holds the door--it really had to do with Frey's explanation of his earlier mishap, and he feels somewhat justified in his offering to hold the door when Frey's new wings bump against the door.]

Perhaps you will learn how to fly on those wings before the end of the week. [...He tries to give a positive perspective.]

[He brightens a little at the though. Now that idea he can get behind.] That would be a wonderful experience. I'll try.
